This is a very easy company to work with. They communicated arrival properly and were extremely punctual. Very fair prices to repair a clogged drain. I liked them so much that I hired them for a secondary item while they were working on the clogged drain. This was a plumbing project I had been planning to do over the weekend. Polite, clean work and reasonable prices is all that you can ask for when reaching out for a plumber with a immediate need. Joe is the owner and Andy was the plumber that was sent out. Both guys were outstanding.

WONDERFUL experience! Had a plumbing problem on a Friday evening and Harry came and fixed it same night. Needed my bathtub faucet replaced but turned out to be a bigger problem. Kassman replaced 210 feet, a total of 4 pipes heading down our long driveway from our house to the city mainline in Tujunga in two days. And we never went without water. The 1972 original terra-cotta pipes were clogged with tree roots that backed up our water in the house. Kassman dug through our asphalt and concrete in four spots replaced the pipes with minimum disruption to us and neighbors. Kassman did a clean, thorough job at a fair price. It was a huge job. Don't waste time looking for anyone else to do your plumbing.

My experience with Joe and his assistant, Andy from Kassman Plumbing, (who I found by reading many Yelp reviews) was excellent. I left a voice message and Joe called me back within 15 minutes. He understood my description of the problem, (a second floor shower leaking through ceiling of first floor). He agreed to meet me at the site, in NoHo area, at a time that was convenient for me. Kassman Plumbing trucks showed up punctually. They inspected the problem and proposed to me a path to find the leak. The work was calculated and precise and protective plastic was laid over area. Only minimal drywall was removed to inspect. Kassman had two trucks at my home and all the necessary tools and supplies. Once the problem was identified, the problem was quickly repaired and successfully tested. Importantly, Joe managed the price with me. His demeanor caused me to believe him to be dependable and trustworthy, when I needed trustworthy plumber, immediately. The final price was, in fact, completely reasonable and definitely not opportunistic. I am very pleased with Kassman Plumbing. I feel grateful I found them. It made my nightmare shower leak, NOT a nightmare. I recommend Kassman Plumbing.

Came out on Super Bowl Sunday to address an emergency flooding situation on my balcony that wasn't draining, and temporarily resolved the situation until the gutter could be properly replaced. Joe and his team at Kassman plumbing serviced our entire condominium in Studio City over the weekend and I was so utterly impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Joe was so kind to always answer my questions throughout the day and to also stop by my unit for some important repairs that I have had no luck diagnosing with other plumbers in the past. I have spent hundreds trying to have my sink and toilet fixed but past repairs have only lasted few weeks until Joe's employee took a look on Saturday and was quick to find the clog!
