Needed a plumber ASAP and stumbled upon Kassman. Couldn't have been happier! They definitely live up to their 5 star. Harry came to my rescue and was a super pro. Was able to diagnose and fix some major sewer work on the fly so we didn't have to be displaced. Can't speak highly enough. They are definitely my first call anytime I need a plumber.

A contractor is doing some minor renovations and found a water pipe behind the drywall that needed to be moved. To not hold up the project, I frantically looked for a plumber. Joseph responded, and sent someone out within two hours. Unfortunately it was a bigger job than expected and they couldn't do it on the same day but they came back the next day to finish the job. The price felt reasonable although I wouldn't know better. He knew it was an urgent job and could have asked for anything and I probably would have not much of a choice anyway. Nonetheless for the extent of the work, the price felt ok.

I'm a Realtor and had a Seller who needed some plumbing work during Escrow. I called a couple companies who refused to give me quotes over the phone for some basic work. All of them wanted me to book an appointment. Then have the guys come out and tell me what it would cost. I kept telling them that I didn't have time to schedule multiple people to come out to the house so they could give me a quote. I finally reached Kassman who promptly gave me a quote. On top of everything else he was way cheaper then the competition. I made an appointment with them, and they showed up on time. They were very pleasant to work with, and didn't make a huge mess. All around a very nice experience, and at a great price. I highly recommend them!

Called Joe on Sunday cause my shower faucet broke and couldn't get the water to turn off. He FaceTime me to get the water turned off. He came next morning and fixed it with new parts. Works better than before. Highly recommend him. I read a negative comment about him but did not experience the same. Excellent service.

Kitchen clogged drain nightmare that swiftly became a dream when I called Kassman Plumbing. On time arrival when I called in sheer panic as the other plumbers we called were not available until Monday!! Seriously, I need to use my kitchen sink! Harry came, assessed the problem and quickly got to work. He cleaned out the clog and told us what the underlying issue was with our pipe draining very slowly, which the clogging could come back. Harry recommended a solution and back out he went again to fix it. Honest, reliable, friendly and prompt service. Kassman Plumbing is now on our list of go-to's if we ever need their services again.

We had a backup at our house in Glendale and called Kassman Plumbing. They came out within an hour and a half, which is pretty good based on experience. We already knew from previous years that we had root problems in our clay drain so I already told them to bring the hydro jetter. Their price was very reasonable and we didn't even get charged an emergency fee what a lot of plumbers try to push on me to get their services done now.

Joe and Harry came out and spent 2 hours trying to jet my drains but kept getting stuck. I admire the attempt to clear out my shit as they didnt need to do it for 2 hours but they really wanted to clear it out for us. Turns out we probably have an offset in our drain due to root issues and would need to spot repair and eventually change our drain to a new poly urethane pipe which would prevent roots from going in. They gave us a very reasonable estimate and was willing to put the hydro jet fee and credit the job of the drain replacement.

Unfortunately, I got a few other quotes and someone beat them by just a little bit but was able to work one day ahead of them. Otherwise we would have chosen Kassman. They were very honest and professional till the end and said that was a better deal, so I respect that honesty.

At the end of the day, these guys were easy to work with and pretty much straight shooters. Even though we didnt use them for our bigger job, I'd call them again for any issues.

For months on now we've been having drain line problems that caused a few backups and very slow draining issues (Trust me its not fun). Over the past 4 months we've hired multiple plumbers to fix the problem, however all we did was waste our money and continued being frustrated. We were given the phone number to Kassman Plumbing by a co-worker. We called and got Joe on the line, after speaking with him for 5 minutes we were already assured and had a sense of peace of mind that we would be taken care of.
Joe and his team showed up and worked very hard to diagnose and solve our problems that no one else could fix. We are extremely happy with the service and price & would definitely keep his number on our fridge for future use.
