We had an emergency at home and it had to be done by the right person - my faucet need to be changed as the water valve of the whole house was shut , meaning we had no water and i called Kassman Plumbing. I was able to speak with Joe and he was ready to go and help us with our concerns. He was on top of what he was doing.
As soon as he arrived he did the job in 15 mins. Well prepared with the materials he needed for the job.
Kassman Plumbing will definitely be the only plumbing company that my family would call.
It is a company you can trust and be confident of the job that you want to be done right... Not to mention that his price is very very reasonable for an emergency job after hours like this one.
Plus they have great customer service that i have not seen in any plumbing service.They go above and beyond for their customers.

Great service, with the best prices around!! I called around 11am and they scheduled me for later that evening. Literally showed up 2 hours later!! 7/26/2018 I got competitive bids on installing a Pfister Marielle Kitchen faucet kit, including the faucet, handle, soap dispenser, and water sprayer. I provided the replacement faucet kit. Kassman Plumbing won the bid and provided the labor. They were professional and expert, and did the job quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I would like to give a shout out to Kassman plumbing for fast and speedy service. I called and someone came out within the hour and fixed the problem within a hour and cleaned up the mess, nothing like a clean plumber, and this was all done on a Saturday afternoon during 110 degree heat, enough said I'm giving 10 stars

I had a brand new tank installed on my whole house water system. A few hours later when the system cleaned itself the entire house was clogged. Carbon water coming out from everywhere! It was the end of the day. I was desperate and dialed around. Everyone was booked. Nobody could come. Luckily I dialed Joe. Pretty sure he was swamped already but he was sympathetic and worked us into his schedule. He was there super fast and took care of the blockage. He even showed us where it was blocked. In years past, other so called experts, told us our main sewer line went to the front of the house. Joe showed us it actually is in the back of the house going towards the alleyway. He was prompt, professional, honest and a nice guy!

Winner! Cards on the table, I hate home repair, and I dislike plumbing contractors the most. But when my upstairs toilet broke and my water pressure regulator outside the house broke at about the same time, I had no choice.

Kassman plumbing showed up, looked it over, gave me a fair quote and got to work. 3 hours later, all fixed. They had all the parts and had the correct tools, and when a bolt pulled out near the end of putting it back together, they took it all apart and fixed it right (big plus). Best of all, they didn't try to jack me on the price after they were done, and they helped my daughter load a couch and TV....
