I had two clogs in our plumbing connecting to our sink. I attempted to fix it my self as I've cleared our the surface level clogs in the past but they were much deeper in the line. The service we got was great. I could watch how they fixed the issue for future issues and asked as many questions as I needed. No matter what, our technician was patient and pleasant. He fixed it and was off - Easy and Quick! I'd definitely use them again!

Joe was excellent. Called on a Sunday for a main line block on an apartment building and he was able to come within an hour. The job proved to be challenging due to old plumbing not connected properly yet Joe stuck with the job until it was finished 100% and then made sure each tenant's drains were working properly before finishing up. Cleaned up all of the mess when finished. Will be adding to our approved vendor list and looking forward to building a relationship with Kassman Plumbing for our property management company.

My toilets and showers were all clogged with water backing up due to build up of roots and wipes. I called several plumbers, many of which were slow to come out and tried to make the job bigger than it truly was. Kassman Plumbing came out quick and gave me an honest diagnosis, quickly taking care of my problem. They added a new clean out and removed the build up in my sewer line.
