Joe, thank you for coming over at 9 pm and fixing our hot water heater!!!!! It was 50 degrees yesterday and we had no hot water because the thermocouple on our GE water heater broke. I know this was why it didn't work (google); I just didn't know how to fix it.

We texted him at around 7:30 and he got right back to us - he had just finished another water heater job an hour away, but he came anyway! He was reliable and nice, and his rates very reasonable!!! i highly recommend him.

Let me start off by saying Joe knows what hes doing and his very good at it. I had a stoppage at my back house other plumbers came in and told me I need to re-due the whole piping which would cost me thousands. A friend told me to give Joe and call and im glad i did. He came in on time and took a look at my problem and lets just say instead of thousands of dollars he got the job done very quick nd for $400. He is honest, professional, and fast. If u have a plumbing issue and you want to do it once and do it right call up Joe.

THIS IS THE FIRST PLACE I WILL CALL NEXT TIME I NEED A PLUMBER!!!!!!! The plumbing in my apartment was backed up, so i called a few plumping places and eventually called Kassman Plumbing after receiving some high quotes from several other companies. I talked to a guy at Kassman plumbing named Joe. He offered me a better price over the phone that several other companies so I asked him to come by and take a look. He was able to come at the exact time I wanted him to and he even showed up a little early which was perfect! After taking a look, he told me that I would have to check with my landlord to see if it was ok to have him perform the job that needed to be done. The maintenance department for my apartment complex is super unreliable and hard to get ahold of, and Joe waited for almost 20 minutes for me to get a hold of them. I finally did and they agreed to send their plumber over. Joe was super nice about it, completely ok with making the trip to my apartment, and even said he would check back in with me to make sure it got squared away. This place is very fairly priced, does very good business, and Joe is just an all around nice guy. Seriously, it felt like this guy actually cared that my plumbing was backed up and wanted to help me out. They have my business next time.

Joe is professional, experienced, and friendly. A neighbor recommended him and so far he has helped me with a sink and toilet issue. He was also wonderful about informing me on a water heater I'm interested in changing out. Think he gave me a detailed and reasonable bid the same day I inquired. Joe is a pleasure to work with. Called him at 8pm and not only did he actually pick up the phone on the first ring but he actually showed up 20 minutes later on his way to another location. He was pleasant to speak with in person and took his time explaining how this issue was not my problem but my neighbors all while my 2.5 year old son was pulling on one leg and my 4 year old daughter was climbing his other leg. Hello yelpers! So this review is long overdue. Joe with Kassman Plumbing is a great guy, and he does top notch work. As important as being a good guy and doing good work, is his honesty.
