I hired Freddy to remodel two bathrooms. He didn't complete one small bathroom after five weeks and left my house and backyard trashed, so I fired them. As it turns out, the shower pan they installed wasn't done so correctly and will have to be pulled up and redone so it's level (the water from the shower would pool in the back of the shower opposite the drain because it was leveled correctly) and actually holds water (the whole reason I needed a complete remodel was from this kind or thing). They spaced the toilet drain three inches too far from the wall, so the floor under it also has to come up. The water lines were put in incorrectly for the sink. The shower head, faucet, and drain were not put in the center but just off to the side, so that looks awkward. And the bench they put in makes the custom shower door look off as well because it doesn't go to the edge or provide enough room for the door. The guy he hired to do electric work didn't connect the wires correctly and so that also has to be pulled from the wall and rewired. The drywall placed under the window wasn't cut evenly and will also have to be redone as well as all the trim. And one of his guys got paint and plaster on the new tile- gobs of it.

After voicing my complaints and firing Freddy, he did offer to come get the trash heap he left in my backyard (he didn't budget for a dumpster, which I happily would have paid extra for), but only after my two trash bind were ruined by the construction waste put in them (the tops were pulled off and they dumped some plaster/concrete mix in one that got mixed up with the rain). This offer was also made after his guys left a bag of trash on the ground filled with food or something that was enticing to wild animals and stray dogs (it was dragged all throughout my yard). I declined the offer since I can't trust him or the guys he hires to do anything correctly. Freddy talks a good game and will offer you a great price, and then possibly destroy your house for five weeks with nothing to show for it but more work for someone else to fix. Two contractors I contacted after that mess said they would only work on the bathroom if they could fully gut the bathroom and start from scratch again and I'm still waiting to hear from the third after having to get an inspection. Literally lost thousands and five weeks of my life.

It's hard to find good contractors, but stay away from this guy.
