Was supposed to do my boiler, fence and basement stairs. Supplies were left out uncovered for 8 months. Gapping holes left open that were supposed to be closed up after the job was finished. Invoices provided to me after Joe Karner was let go due to it having been over six months since any work was completed. When I would call he would say he was coming and then not show up. After the invoices were reviewed by people in the field and by researching the cost of product, I was greatly overcharged on just about everything. Some things duplicate charged

My wife and I were incredibly pleased with Joe. Prior to his arrival, the hot water base board on the second floor of our home did not function. As cold weather moved in, we were forced to turn the thermostat higher on the first floor to compensate. Joe came to our home and immediately determined the base board had air in the pipes. Unfortunately, the simple fix of bleeding the pipes was not possible as the system in place did not have the required part. Joe performed a stop gap release of the air through flushing the system the first day he arrived. Immediately the heat on the second floor began to work! A week later, Joe came back to install a permanent air release valve on our system. Since then, the system runs perfectly and we have heat on all floors! Thank you, Joe!!

Joe Karner understands how home systems works. I had him check out some defects on a house I was interested in buying, and he cracked some cases that were stumping everybody else involved! He also explained the issues to us in ways that were easy to understand. He is thorough and honest. The quote was free, and he must have spent over an hour going over any problems that could be fixed to improve efficiency. I learned a lot. The house sale didn't go through, but I'll be calling him if I have other issues with heating, plumbing or electric.
