Scott did an outstanding job on the installation of the new tub and Michael did outstanding job installing the new water heater. I was very impressed with the estimate of both jobs. Both are very loyal to the company and very hard workers. Thank you for the great job and we are very happy with the results.

Came to evaluate a leaking whirlpool. After a cursory look, we were informed we needed to replace the $10,000. unit, and that a salesman would come by to view issue the next week. The charge for this as $144.

We never heard from the salesman. Another plumber from Menomonee Falls is repairing the issue by fabricating a part.

This company is way too expensive for simple work and maintenance. I recommend reviewing your quotes carefully because on top of everything else they have some of the highest ""service request"" fees I've seen in Racine. Not even applied to balance if you have them do the work. It is an add-on and yet another gouge at the consumer. I should have read previous reviews but needed work done fast.

Karlsen Plumbing was outstanding from first contact to job completion. I needed a toilet to be replaced. I was going to contact a few local companies via their websites with questions and an approximate cost. Karlsen was first on my list and the owner Joe called before i was finished composing an e-mail to the second company on my list. Joe answered all my questions, gave me a quote, offered to e-mail the specs on the toilet he recommended and explained how the big box stores sometimes ask the vendors to use lower cost and lower quality internal parts to lower the price. Because of his expertise and excellent customer service, I never contacted any other companies. The work was scheduled for the next day! The installer was equally professional and proficient and completed the replacement in just over an hour. New supply valve and toilet installed, old toilet and parts gone! I highly recommend Karlsen Plumbing!

Karlsen Plumbing installed a sump pump in my new house that only worked for a year and a half before it failed leading to water in my basement. The sump pump was replaced at my expense.
