Mehmet C.Hotel Karlo Brother's to do a de-winterization of my house. He gave a reasonable price for the process so I hired him. He was prompt at arriving. While process took 3 hours. He found 3 leaks and fixed one of them by soldering. He ensured these were the all the leaks. He gave me pretty high estimate to fix them so I decided to find someone else to fix the leaks. New plumber I hired found more leaks and the only leak Karlo fixed was still leaking. I have contacted Karlo about this to explain how this possible. He explanation was that he didn't do full test while assuring me that he did. Basically we wasted all that money for no reason. I would not recommend Karlo to do a even a basic plumbing job. Also their prices are outraged. Wanted to charge $1200 to change a 4 inch iron cast pipe. Another plumber did that pipe plus the one Karlo supposed fix by soldering for $400.
Dan G.Roberto from Karlo brothers did a video inspection of a sewer pipe for me. Being that I am a first time home buyer I know nothing about anything plumbing. He was very informative, breaking everything down for me. He also gave me a couple of first time home buyer plumber tips. Also he was fairly priced. I will surley be calling Karlo Brothers for my plumbing needs again.
Vishal J.Please do not go with Karlo & brothers....its a complete RIP off company....All the reviews are fake....they are posted by the owner only...they came to my house for frozen pipe and they charged me $90 just for coming and for thawing he said $600....On top of it he broke my shut off valve rubber due to which i had problems and i had to get it fixed by someone else...Please do not go with them......its complete waste of money..
