Had to have a broken dishwasher removed so I could fix the floor. Also an old laundry sink was removed at the same time and replaced with a new one. They also rodded the return out to the street. All work was done in one day

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done. Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch. I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700). Did a professional job and got it done. What more you want in a plumber?

Karl and his crew helped with me two toilets at my house. Everyone I worked with was friendly and good at what they do. They were super fast and did great work. It turned out that one of the toilets needed to be replaced. Karl had me go get a new one right away and then sent someone back to my house as soon as I got home to come install it. I'm really grateful for how easy they were to work with and will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects.

They came within a reasonable time (2 1/2 hours )from when I called for service. Unfortunately they only rodded for 30 minutes. As soon as they cut some roots and water got through they stopped. For $300 they could have rodded some more roots at least for another 15-30 minutes especially since they were not providing any type of warranty. Drain clogged up again in 2.5 months.

They came in the early afternoon after I called them in the morning to repair our toilet. They were fast, efficient and thorough. The cost was also reasonable. Will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

We had Karl come to our home to give us an estimate to have plumbing work in our shower. He came on a Monday and said he would send us a quote by that current Wednesday. It has now been over a month, and you guessed it, we never got a quote as he promised. So sad, poor service from a person that should know better.

I had used their services once before and was happy with their pricing and work. He calmed me down explaining what needed to be done and his crew was at my house at 8 am next day. I cannot say enough great things about Karl and his team. On a very cold holiday evening we suddenly found our kitchen sink to not be draining...at all. No amount of plunging or cleaning out the p-trap helped. Karl came over and discovered the problem was very deep within our old pipes and scheduled a day to have his crew come in, tear into a wall and get to the source of the issue.

When the guys came, they were incredibly courteous, friendly and hard-working. They spent a few very cold hours in our basement and crawlspace resolving the problem, putting in preventative clean-outs so we can avoid this mess the next time, and then educating me on some ways to help avoid our pipes freezing because they're in a very risky, poorly insulated spot in our house.

Their fee was very reasonable, I am incredibly grateful to have working kitchen and laundry sinks, and while I hope I don't need to call them again, I would happily do so for any future issues!
