Karl came to my house within two hours of my call. He evaluated the problem and provided input/resolutions (since it ended up not being a plumbing problem after all). He would not take anything from me for making the house call.

This was the second time we used his company. The first time they redid all of our pipes. They were extremely reasonably-priced and very friendly.

I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself.

We called on a Saturday because our toilet was backing up. While they couldn't make it that day they were free with their advise. Wasn't able to get anyone over the weekend, called back Monday morning and Karl answered and recognized the caller. The call was at 8 am and they were here by 9. They were very professional, effective and did the job and more for a fraction of what another ""famous"" company that advertises everywhere quoted us.
Very happy with the service. Deserve more than 5 stars.

Alex and his assistant quickly fixed our problem (trees are gonna have roots, and they're going to work their way into your tiles). They were early to arrive and very efficient. Alex even offered some advice on an anticipated bathroom upgrade. We've used Karl's plumbers since moving here in 1992 and have always been satisfied with their work.

Had to have a broken dishwasher removed so I could fix the floor. Also an old laundry sink was removed at the same time and replaced with a new one. They also rodded the return out to the street. All work was done in one day

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done. Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch. I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700). Did a professional job and got it done. What more you want in a plumber?

Karl and his crew helped with me two toilets at my house. Everyone I worked with was friendly and good at what they do. They were super fast and did great work. It turned out that one of the toilets needed to be replaced. Karl had me go get a new one right away and then sent someone back to my house as soon as I got home to come install it. I'm really grateful for how easy they were to work with and will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects.

They came within a reasonable time (2 1/2 hours )from when I called for service. Unfortunately they only rodded for 30 minutes. As soon as they cut some roots and water got through they stopped. For $300 they could have rodded some more roots at least for another 15-30 minutes especially since they were not providing any type of warranty. Drain clogged up again in 2.5 months.

We had Karl come to our home to give us an estimate to have plumbing work in our shower. He came on a Monday and said he would send us a quote by that current Wednesday. It has now been over a month, and you guessed it, we never got a quote as he promised. So sad, poor service from a person that should know better.

This company is excellent. I had an emergency happen and Karl showed up to take a look within 15 minutes of my phone call. I had used their services once before and was happy with their pricing and work. He calmed me down explaining what needed to be done and his crew was at my house at 8 am next day. Roland is a very expert plumber, honest and down to earth. I am so happy to have them as my plumbers. I trust them implicitly.
