Karate diagnosed a problem with my septic tank simply from what I told him over the phone. Sure enough, when we excavated, the guy who had put in the sprinkler system had nicked the sewer line and run the pipe OVER it, adding stress and opening the hole so that a root had grown into the line. He stays busy cuz he's the best.

Worst customer service in town. I have small children, have no water, needed pipes fixed, but was told they were """"too busy to help me"""". I didn't need same day or even next day service but I did need to schedule an appointment. Nope, they are just too busy. Extremely rude. Not helpful. Save your money and go somewhere else.
