THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. Stay away from them. There are many other plumbers out there to choose from. Similar experience to other 1 star reviews and more. If you hire them you will be sorry.
I've used Kannan & Pricone for several projects now (leaky water pipe, tub faucet repair, etc.) and I've been pleased with their work. They're comparable in prices to other plumbing companies. It's difficult getting plumbing companies to respond nowadays with the high demand (this post is during the COVID years), but Kannan & Pricone were quick to return my call. Michael from Kannan & Pricone has come to our house for the past few projects and he is affable, friendly, and does great work. I will continue to use Kannan & Pricone for my future projects.
Donna A.Be careful when hiring these people. I had them replace a water heater several years ago and ask for an estimate. The only estimate I got was for the water heater and was told by Kannan he would call back with a final estimate. That never happened. His workers showed up and replaced the water heat in less than 30 minutes. I have no issue with the cost of the water heat but I was charge some $1200 for 30 minutes of work. These people are thieves.
This plumbing company is in a residential area next to a children park. They're aggressive drivers. I witness them on a daily basis with their reckless driving, not stopping on stop signs, backing out with out looking with their huge vans in a small street. I avoid them trying to hit me on a daily basis. If this is how the company train their plumbers how to drive I can't imagine how they're in your business or home making any type of repair.
Please train your drivers how to drive or just move your business out of a residential area. I'm sick of this on a daily basis.
Yuliya G.We had a horrible experience with this company in January, 2018. One day we came home and noticed that it was cold inside, it was over 40 degrees outside. We put the heat up, but it didn't kick in at all and overnight the temperature went down to 60 degrees despite the thermostat being set at 70. The landlord contacted this company, and the plumber came the same morning, he looked around, changed the thermostat and should it should be all set, but nothing happened. It was a sunny day, so it warmed up a bit in the dining room where the thermostat is, but in the evening the temperature started to go down again, and in the morning when we got up it was 59 degrees. The whole time the radiators remained completely cold or lukewarm. We called the company back again, they said they could come back on Tuesday. Over the weekend the temperature outside went down to 10s. On Tuesday a different plumber named Mike came. He checked everything, changed the thermostat yet again, flushed the system and said it should be ok now. He also kept saying that it was just too cold outside. That night the temperature went down to 58 degrees inside the apartment, so clearly the heat still wasn't working. We called them back, this time the owner Bill came, he did pretty much the same as Mike did and said it was all set, it should start working soon. I asked him, how long it was going to take and said I was concerned that our gas bill would be high this month due to the heat running constantly, but not reaching the apartment. To that he sarcastically told me that the bill will probably be a few hundred dollars. He said it with a smirk on his face, and basically seemed amused by the situation. The heat was still not working. The radiators remained completely cold in the dining room and barely warm in the living room. We called back yet again, and Bill came back on Friday. This is when he was talking to me and my husband saying that it was just too cold outside and the heat just couldn't keep up. I specifically told him at that moment that this problem started when it was around 40 degrees outside, so it's not the cold, something is not working. He completely ignored me and said: ""It must be nice sitting on the couch watching TV all day."" I couldn't believe my ears. This is how you run a business?! Just to say, yes, I had to stay home during the day and wait for them to come and fix the heat. I'm a full time nursing student, I work in the evenings, and take care of a four-year-old. So ""sitting on the couch and watching TV all day"" is not something I have time for. The ignorance of this business owner left me speechless. He is the rudest person I have ever dealt with.
In the end, the landlord ended up contacting them again and having them change the radiators, which fixed the problem. I am not sure why they couldn't have done it in the first place.
If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Called Kannan for a few issues in my bathroom. Everything was fixed perfectly. The job was done neatly and they showed up on time! Michael was polite and professional. I definately will call them again!

Hershey D.We have used Kannan & Pricone previously. They have repaired a burst pipe. In another instance, they saved us from a burst pipe by slowly heating the water and stopping the pipe from bursting. Today, they saved us from a leak. It was an emergency, water was going everywhere. They told me how to turn off the water to the house. They came quickly, were courteous and professional; and, they fixed the leak.

called to schedule tune up on boiler. was told tune up will take 1 hour cost $175. Changing expansion tank 1/2 hour cost $ 45. the guy spent no more then 1 hour of work at my house . Final bill $ 265. Bill did not have break down of expenses, only a list of parts and services without itemized cost only a final cost of $ 265. Is that legal ?I checked out the price of the parts they used , the exact same parts , same manufacturer, same parts numbers, the cost $ 51. That means they charged me $214 labor for less then one hour of work . Is that a ripoff or what. i do not recommend this company ? will not use them again ? But if you do use them i recommend you time them ( how long they actually work at your house). And make them state on the bill the price of each part and labor. These people are untrustworthy . Check out the conversation i had with them on their facebook how they lie, avoid the truth. At one time they said they wrote the price of the quote on the bill, so i sent a picture of the bill they gave me to them proving them liars. It did not faze them. The most arrogant company i ever dealt with.no more....
I have used this business for many years and recommend them to many of my friends. In the past they have fixed my toilet and also fixed my heating system. I found them very professional, knowledgable, and on time. I would highly recommend them.
