I am very happy working with Kaminskiy Care and Repair. The company name fits perfectly! The team has been very thorough, professional, and friendly. They have updated me continually over the several hours of work...which will end up being several days of work! I especially appreciate their attention to detail to be sure all systems are working optimally before they leave. I am recovering from surgery so they have generously offered to do some things I would normally do myself (moved my car out of work space, opened and closed faucets as work progressed, checked water temp after new water heater installed, etc.). Care and Repair? Check!

A big thank you to Kaminsky Care and Repair -- I had a project to replace four hollow core doors with solid doors. The house was built in 1955 so everything is not exactly square. The care and attention to detail the technician (Ivan) took in replacing each door resulted in a beautiful installation. Each door fits perfectly with the same clear space at the bottom of the door and all latch soundly. Excellent job for a fair price. I've already called them for my next project!

I recently had to get alot of work done. I didn't trust any of the men who claimed to be handy men. The way my husband and I were treated was deployable. They scratched my hardwood floor. They blamed me. I needed my sprinkler system upgraded. I was over charged and they didn't upgrade 25% of my system and then they wanted me to pay them more to finish the job they had already been paid for. A man who was paid to be a gardener did nothing but mow the lawn unless we told him what needed to be done. I was scared to hire someone else because of how I was treated. I found Kaminskiy just surfing the web. They had high reviews and didn't sound Hispanic so I gave it a try. From the moment I met them I was impressed
They were professional. They asked lots of questions. They were polite. They cared which no one else displayed. I was terrified when I was told they had to tear down my fence to bring in a ditch witch. They found another way to get the work done. They worked very hard and EVERYTHING they touched looked beautiful. I was worried that my lawn would be damaged. It looked great. They made sure my husband knew how to program and run the sprinkler system. They tested every cycle to make sure they worked. Everything worked beautifully. I was so pleased. I hope and pray that they knew how happy I was. There is one more thing that needs to be done and they already scheduled it. They were a 10 out of 10 for everything. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to their next visit. I have searched for a good handyman for years. I found one! I will use them for everything. Thank you for your service and listened to my concerns. No one else cared. Call them. They will take care if you. Everyone I met and talked with on the phone was professional. I assure you that you will be happy.

Yay I found a company that could do all my home projects(SO I THOUGHT) on May 1st 2024 I called Kaminskiy talked with Casey Kendall (estimating manager) I asked if they do gutter cleaning inside and out and repaint the gutters on my two story home ?also I also asked if the do recaulking of window both were answered with a yes I sent aprx 30 pictures to them and an estimate was sent to me by PDF and I approved them both tech schedule was May 7th and 8th between 8-8:30am two tech arrived and after 30 min or so told me they could not do the work because of the pitch of the ladder against house was not enough room one side of house has aprx 5ft width and other aprx 6ft width so they could not use the ladder to caulk and clean gutters also too steep I have had solar company and roofer on my roof but Kaminskiy couldn't do the job unless I paid for a lift $948.00 dollars more stating ""it was difficult without photos of the side yard"" look I am just a home owner not a professional on what the wanted and they could of ask me what is the room on each side of house after all I did send aprx 30 pictures before leaving the tech did ask me if I wanted the bottom windows and the two gutters painted etc but it would be at an hourly rate and for so little to do not cost effective I thought I had a company I could use for my other project HVAC system remolding etc very disappointing more money would have been in their pocket

I came across Kaminskiy on Yelp and referred them to a client for a kitchen cabinet repair and reinstall, and all worked out great.

But just this week, I referred them to another client in Walnut Creek that had a simple refrigerator panel handles that needed to be installed. We called the Care and Repair together, they immediately answered, asked for photos, and sent an email to my client. The refrigerator panels had to be detached and reset, but the techs did the work super efficiently, that they ended up billing us by the hour, and the work came out less than estimated.

Everything was performed so professionally, my client told me all about how great they were.

So glad to find a professional company that not only will take on the difficult jobs, but also the small ones.

Great service, responsive, reliable. Those are the adjectives I would use to describe Kaminsky. I called them and made an appointment and Gino came out a few days later, looked at the job, talked it through with me and within 2 days I had received a quote and a detailed description of the work. Just a great experience so far. I hope I get the opportunity to actually work with them. I have a feeling it will be just as pleasant.

This company located in the San Francisco Bay Area is very helpful! They have a great staff, amazing professional courtesy, and awesome communication. From the office staff to the techs themselves, they were fully transparent and did a great job of keeping me in the loop! Would recommend to anyone!
