These guys came out and solved a minor problem I caused, Charged just a basic trip charge, and spent plenty time answering our questions, and explaining what they did, and giving a rough idea for improvements we considering. They easily could have convinced us a much more expensive repair, but did the right thing!

We have had them out twice, once to fix a fried sensor in our well pit. The other time to install a sump pump in our pit as it was constantly filling with water. They were always out quickly and finished the job well and in a reasonable amount of time. They stay pretty true to their pricing and are normally within a few hundred dollars (due to labor). Couldn't recommend them more!

Recently, I called Kammerzell to diagnose and repair my water well. They gave me an estimate of $1500. I had them do the repair. When it was done, they gave me an invoice for over $2000. I paid it, and they left. Within 10 minutes, I found that I had no cold water flow to my kitchen. I called them and they said that it was probably a clogged pipe and I should call a plumber. They refused to return to my home to check it out. I called a plumber and was charged $265 to find out that Kammerzell had left one of my filters turned off. I contacted them to ask that they share in the cost of the repair since it was their fault and since they had given a one year guarantee on their labor. They have refused to call me back and have not paid anything towards the bill. They had promised to send me some parts for my filters by mail. These have not arrived either. I am very unhappy with the way that was treated. Do not use their service.

Company seems to have issues communicating return calls. They advertise 24 hr service & emergence service but you cannot reach them!! Quit referring customers.

Called them twice Friday 8/30/19 to advise that my Well was not working. They had replaced my Pump, etc last year. She said they could not get to me until Tuesday 9/3/19. Advised her that I had Livestock and could not wait that long. She said she would call me back in 2 hours. Never called back. Still have not heard from her. Called Kunau out of Calhan yesterday and they directed found the problem. Got it fixed today. It has been a miserable 5 days for my family. You would think that an Elbert based business would understand what Livestock without water means Very disappointed. Call Kunau or anyone except these idiots! Karma is a bitch!!

Kamerzell Bro Well & Pump Service came out to give us an estimate to replace a water line to the house. We decided to use a contractor with underground boring capability, due to the complexity of the project.
Kamerzell has been rotten to us since we didn't have them do the work.
6 months later we recieved an un-itemized invoice for $151.
Emailing them for the last three months there is absolutely No response....other than a new invoice each month with ""past due""...and finance charges!
We question their intentions and ethics.
We rate them as a definite pass...and would Not consider Kamerzell for even the smallest job.

I called Kamerzell Bros a few weeks ago and they were prompt to reply and efficient in their work. They quickly diagnosed my problem as a bad well pump and replaced it that same day. I was very happy with their work.

Wow! I had an appointment with Kamerzell Brothers for next Wednesday to tune up our well. Then last night it completely stopped pumping water. I called them at 7 and they were here within hours, even though I know they had a full schedule already. They fixed our well and explained exactly what they had done, and their work is under warranty for three years. This is a great local family owned business. What a relief!!

No water on a Saturday. Holiday weekend. My wife and I take care of special needs adults. Have to have water. Call Kamerzell and talked to Mike. Mike showed up had water in a half hour. Professional, communicated on what happened. Even answered my dumb questions. Thank you for getting me back up.
