So over priced, it is crazy. At a hourly rate of $150 per man power I was quoted $2,200 to replace and install a door. I had had to do a double take and was even more specific in what I needed to make sure that they didn't make a mistake. Said the job would take 12 hours......No thanks, I'll do it myself.

I used Kama'aina Handyman on Monday for two electrical jobs: a dual light switch replacement and an plug outlet replacement. The entire process from getting a quote to the scheduling of the job went very well. Nora had excellent customer service skills. Zahkee texted before arrival and was right on time. He was informative, skilled and all went smoothly. Price for the job was reasonable and fair. I was very impressed with this local company....and will use them again. Recommend them highly.

Took awhile to get the job estimate, which is needed to schedule job. Person that came to install stove had some issues that took longer than expected. Upon making the final payment, receipt not sent asap and when I received the invoices, there were discrepancies. Contacted them but received no call back, text or email. Would not use them again. Poor business practices.

Response, quote and follow- up were timely. Zachee, technician, was courteous, completed the plumbing repair within the estimated timeframe and cost quote. One week later and the repair is holding.
