Our toilet would occasionally leak, sometimes months pass between events. Each time was a small pool of clear water that I'd wipe up, check everything for leaks and then keep an eye on. Pohai diagnosed it as loose (barely so) and replaced the wax ring. Now I'll just keep an eye on it for months. Hopefully to no effect. Kama'aina Handyman was professional, communicative, prompt & tidy. I recommend them and will use again. Mahalo!

Very good to respond to your request, but terrible estimates!! Never even came out to my house to LOOK at the job and based their prices on a video I sent to them. Two other LICENSED Handyman contractors came out to SEE IT IN PERSON & both quoted me about $1275+ LESS than Kama'aina handyman. Kama'aina told me it would cost me between $3500-$4500 to replace the ceiling and a rotten window frame in a bathroom the size of 10' x 5'.... WTH!! That's a RIPOFF for a space/bathroom that size!! PLEASE make sure to look elsewhere to get estimates and nix these guys! Would have given NEGATIVE -1, but only gave them 2 stars based on their response time. SAD, SAD, SAD...

Kitchen faucet sprung a pinhole leak and needed replacing. Pohai from Kama'aina Handyman was a great technician who was very efficient and friendly. Answered any questions I had and was able to pick up the replacement parts for me. Installation ended up needing extension hoses which he quickly procured and installed. Kama'aina Handyman also quickly responds via text if they are not able to get to the phone to setup an appointment. Prepare some photos and video along with basic information to setup an appointment. They saw me within two days.
