He explained everything, and the job was done in a timely matter. We had one date scheduled and had to change and he was accommodating . I highly recommend him to anyone.

We needed a leaky faucet fixed, 3 slow drains, two shower/tub trims replaced, and a 30 yr old shower spool replaced (regulates hot/cold mix). We were very pleased with Artie's work. He's an excellent communicator and explains options well, allowing us to make informed decisions. He answered many questions for us. He spent a lot of time problem solving and tracking down discontinued parts and saved us from more expensive options. He is very neat and respectful of home and has excellent covid procedures. Such a nice guy too.

Artie replied to my Yelp inquiry within an hour. He asked knowledgeable questions to help identify the problem over the phone which saved time and expedited the repair process. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick he was able to schedule the repair, and he was very accommodating with my schedule. When he arrived he put covers over his shoes, and observed all Covid guidelines. His repair work was reasonably priced, thorough, and took less time than I expected. Equally important was his friendliness and genuineness- he is not some technician sent by a big company, he is an independent contractor who understands the value of professionalism and customer service. I found my new plumber!
