Could not be happier with Kalkbrenner plumbing and heating. Tom did a wonderful job figuring out a water heater to fit in a small space, installed it in a timely manner, and was very kind and professional. After installation he cleaned up everything and disposed of the old heater. I would strongly recommend Kalkbrenner plumbing and heating. They will be our go to company in the future. Thank you Tom!

Going to guess they do decent work when they do work, based on the reviews. I was told they would arrive on the day, but no time provided. At 1pm I called to see if we were still to receive service, I was told yes, and I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival. So I have to wait all day for these people. I find that to be a poor scheduling practice. Once they arrived to do the work he made it clear he had no idea why he was here. I thought we were going to have water and a drain hooked up to our new sink. He thought he was clearing slow running drains. Then he said he didn't have time to do what we scheduled, but if we had some slow drains he could look at those, but because it's an old building he may not be able to do that either. I got the feeling he didn't want to do anything else today. It seems it was my bad for calling a company that lists themselves as a local service provider. I only scheduled for the first half of my day to be waiting around, but they got my entire day and did nothing. I called Premier Plumbing and told them what happened and they squeezed me in, in two days. Premier Plumbing will now get our future business as well. I would consider calling Premier Plumbing first, then maybe these guys, if Premier is too busy, and you can afford an entire day of waiting around for these people.

Tom Kalkbrenner Plumbing was efficient! He arrived on time , made his assessment of the situation and told us that it wasn't a plumbing issue from his professional standpoint it was a sewer issue. He then fixed a sewer vent/trap by way of putting a new proper cap on it he had in his truck, which was previously just stuffed with rags (from previous owner). All the while speaking to my wife as if she was an adult and intelligent and not like car salesman would. Tom referenced whom he respected enough to take care of our sewer issues when needed by way of name and number and then left. Tom was there for all of 15 minutes , and charged us , not a penny for his time, for the call out to our home , for nothing !!!!! Seriously a plumber who didn't gouge for money, who was respectful , honorable and on time!!! My hats off to this company

They were great with working at my house. Very respectful. The furnace is great exactly what our house needed. But when we went to clarify that we didn't want the loan anymore the day the finished, so they said they'd call back that day. Also was ready to pay at that moment. That was a Friday, then Monday when we got in touch with each other they had already processed the loan. There should have been better communication within the company, so now we have an annoying loan. But other than that were great
