I would love to be able to rate their actual service but they don't return phone calls to schedule an appointment. Had someone come out for an estimate then called back several times to schedule but never received a call back--was totally ghosted. Called again on a plumbing emergency and never heard back on that call either. If you don't want my business, just say so. I'm an adult and it won't shatter my life. It just tells me to find a better source.
