John made two trips to our property in one day (one after hours) in order to help us resolve a clogged sewer line issue. After not being able to locate the clog anywhere in the sewer lines on our property, he referred me to the City of Dallas to have them come check their lines. After about an hour with the City just trying to locate the city's cleanout (it turned out to be in my neighbor's back yard) the City popped the cap and said there was no water in their cleanout so it must be the property owner's (my) problem. John came back out and that evening and within 15 minutes found the clog right at the City's cleanout and fixed our issue.

John even went to bat for us with our home warranty company to make sure they covered his second trip after the first trip didn't find any issues.

Would give him 5 stars... but all of my five star reviews tend to get filtered and I wanted to make sure that this showed up for his company, especially when the only one I saw was only giving him one star.

I was very unhappy with the plumber that was sent out per my home warrenty. John manipulated the conversation I had with him to my home warrenty and as a result almost cost me repairs. I knew something was up when they wouldnt return my callls. The second opinion I received was of course much more realiable and honest.
I would never suggest to do business with this company. And I have never taken the time to review any company....JUST THIS ONE!
