Kaleb was great. I had a bad leak in one of my rental properties and I needed the work done quickly. He responded quickly to my Yelp request, provided an estimate based on photos, stuck to his price (which was very fair), and got the work done same day.

He also made sure to check the rest of my fixtures and ensure that there weren't any additional leaks.

I'll be continuing to use his services and would highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink broke on a Sunday and I reached out looking for plumbers, but not expecting much response because it was Sunday. Kaleb reached out immediately and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived early and was very professional and quickly fixed the problem. Additionally, he even listened to our questions about a non-related plumbing project we are considering and took the time to offer thoughtful advice. Wonderful experience!

I used this service several times and find the owner and his high prices difficult to work with as well as his plumber Joel needs course in attitude adjustment, customer service. Joel told my handyman information on a dryer shut off valve and did not communicate to me that I already had one. I scheduled the work and Joel destroyed my drop down ceiling panel to show me the valve. Then they want me to pay a $50 service fee for work I did not need or receive. Also, I requested Joel to wear shoe booties several times and his response was, I wear tennis shoes for inside work! Duh, what about rain and debris?? He is obnoxious and needs anger management counseling.

Literally tore off my old kitchen faucet, didn't know how to install a new one and left me without a kitchen sink to use until I could call someone else. Totally unprofessional and thoroughly ridiculous. DO NOT USE!

Had an apt. at 1pm Thursday 8/29/24, they changed it to 3-4pm but they didn't show up, didn't call or contact me & that's the last I heard from them. To say the least they are extremely unreliable.

Recently tore out some carpet in our basement and found a hidden drain under it. We wanted someone to come check it out and see if it was still active before choosing a new type of flooring. Kaleb was extremely quick to respond, and was out in the next day or 2 to take a look (was not urgent). Came out a 2nd time to put a drain cover on for us the next week. Offered advice that helped us easily make a decision on what type of flooring to use - we have a slope in the basement for the drain, so we decided just to keep it more natural and stain our concrete. I would 100% use Kaleb again. Great value overall!
