James, the tech who tackled our main water valve and lever problem was outstanding in every respect. He presented himself from KAJ and then outlined what he would do to solve the situation. He did just that! I could not be more pleased. Finally I can reach the on/off lever and am an easily able to turn my water on and off. Seems simple--but it wasn't . James knows plumbing. Super pleased with the outcome.

We have used this plumbing service in the past and have received excellent work performance. The main drawback I have with this firm is that no one ever answers the phone, no one ever returns calls when you are asked to leave a message! It is extremely frustrating when you need a plumber in a hurry.
