I had Kaizen plumbing out to install my bathtub, install the drain and install the water lines.

Dave came to do the work and he was a really nice guy and good at what he does. He didn't leave until it was right. I appreciate their attention to detail, fair pricing and quick turnaround for doing our work. I would definitely recommend d Kaizen plumbing and will use them again.

We chose to start a very complicated project for septic system abandonment and connecting to the city sewer with Kaizen. From the beginning, they were super responsive, they communicate well, and you can track where your technician is when they are on the way. Kajik was super knowledgeable and had insights and ideas on how to execute the project that really helped us. They executed the project on time as promised, and did a stellar job. Would highly recommend them.

Kaizen came out and solved our problem with the temperature regulator. They are very communicative and knowledgeable and fixed it right the first time. My only complaint would be a lack of an itemized invoice. I really didn't know the breakdown for what I was paying for.
