We have used this company to do septic inspection before purchasing our house. - that went well, technician seemed knowledgeable and pricing was reasonable.
After a year in our new home we decided to use the same company to pump our septic tank. The pricing was significantly higher than competition (about 40-60% more). But i figured assurance of job well done is worth more than couple hundred dollars.
This time things were not so smooth. Technician DESTROYED our back yard. Additionally i was promised some comprehensive report / filter cleaning and whatever else extra charges included. Needless to say i did not get any of that, the only thing included in extra fees is ruined lawn. It's been over a month, no report, not even a courtesy reply to my email for customer service. Will not use again.

Wow! I just called the main number 800-525-6295 and the woman who answered the phone a) didn't know whether they serviced Stamford, CT which is very clearly listed on their website as an area they service and b) just had the most disgusting attitude for no reason. She asked if I wanted a real estate inspection and I said, well, I need to clarify what you mean by a real estate inspection especially because I don't work in your field, and she flipped out going on and on in the most irritated and condescending manner about how it is different from a home inspection where the foundation is inspected, etc. I stated that I know the difference between a HOME inspection and SEPTIC inspection, which is why I was calling the SEPTIC company for a SEPTIC inspection. She started laughing passively aggressively and uncontrollably. What in world? That was the most bizarre call I have ever had. Needless to say, I will be going with another septic inspector.

Placed a request for pumping on line, the day came and no show. Calling revealed that they were having issues with online booking. Fine. Rescheduled with a live person. Day came and no show. I called to see what happened, Service Rep puts me on hold to ""check"", we get disconnected. I call back to be told, tech called in sick. Great. I cancelled my account, will find another service provider.

Today would have been the 3rd time I have used this company - who I thought was very good..

A few weeks ago, I had called to schedule a septic tank pumping, and was told a technician would be at my house between 12pm and 5pm. Kind of a large time window, but ok. Fast forward to today, I took time off work to be here in the allotted time slot. By 3:30P, nobody had showed up and/or called to indicate they would be late. I decided to call at 3:45P to make sure they were still going to be here before 5pm (because I had somewhere to be in the evening). I was told that the technician was running late and they should be there ""soon"".

At 4:45PM, still hearing nothing from them, I called again. I was told by the customer service rep that they should be at my house before 5PM, however, they had been unsuccessful in reaching the technician. I asked how they would know, and they said ""the driver is probably driving and it is illegal for them to use the phone while they drive. We will call you when we hear from him."" Uh..Ok..I wasn't asking for anyone to break any laws...

I called again at 5:15PM, and was told they were still hoping that the driver was ""on his way""..

At 6:00PM (still no sign of them or a phone call), I decided to call one last time. What followed was a ridiculous conversation that I cannot even begin to understand...

The customer service rep (CSR) started giving me excuses about how the ""rainy weather is causing delays and/or accidents"" and how it is ""more important that their employees are safe than it is to be at my house on-time"". Talk about irrelevant and condescending! Wow. What does that have to do with calling the customer (ME) from your protected cubicle to let them know that the technician will not be coming on time or at all? Talk about customer NO SERVICE... Not once has this company been proactive and called me to provide updates!

Instead, I am made to feel that I don't care about someone's safety...or that my time is not valuable. Wow...So, at the end of my conversation at 6:20P I cancelled the appointment and informed them I would not be rescheduling - EVER.

At 6:45P, the technician finally showed up and indicated that he had not heard from ANYONE at his office.. I told him that the appointment is cancelled, and he should chat with his office when he gets back. I am done with this company, and will never recommend them to anyone. A company that cannot handle customer service 101 - ""communicate with the customer"", does not deserve to be in business. Unlike a cable company, phone company, or utility, there ARE plenty of septic guys around to choose from. Buyer beware.

I just called Kaiser-Battistone to fix my shower handle and they fixed it on same day but they did a bad job. After fixing we were not getting good hot water, but in other bathrooms its fine. It took a while for us to identify that and when we called back them to address the issue, instead of addressing they started asking extra fee for service; this is not acceptable, this very bad customer service.

I haven't wrote any review earlier on anyone but this wrong attitude forced me to do this.

I hired this company because you gave them an A+ rating. From the start they
didn't compete the job to my satisfaction. My husband contacted them right way
discuss the work they did and asked the manger to to speak. No one called him
back. He them emailed the company twice to ask to speak to the manager to
discuss the work. No one still contacted him. They just kept sending bills. Now
because of our efforts to to contact them we didn't pay them. Now their charging
me interest on the for not paying their bill. I researched the company through
the City of Norwalk and found out they have a since 2009 to the present of them
not paying their own bills from 100s of lawsuits through the court system that
they were held responsible for theses claims and they still haven't paid for
their obligation to paid. Then I researched the secretary of the state of CT
since 1982 numerous times they where unapproved for registering their business
name to be a registered corporation. Each invoice I receive a different address
for them. I feel that their an untrustworthy company all around. I suggest to
anyone anyone who would like to use their services.
