Kairos plumbing is the best. We tried another company and spent 300 dollars for them to fix our shower and they spent 6 months trying until they finally gave me a bid that was outrageous. Thomas, the owner of Kairos did a wonderful job for half the cost. Don't use any of these companies that hire 2nd hand plumbers, use a company that just does plumbing, use Kairos. They are locally owned and operated and are in Yelm so very convenient.

Thomas, professionally and reliably installed a pressure reducing valve and water shut off valve as well as fixing my bath faucet that wouldn't allow any hot water to it. Now I can take hot baths again, thanks Thomas.

Highly recommended. I had a pipe burst and Kairos Plumbing responded to my request for availability and a quote quickly. They offered to come out that night, but it was late, so I just turned off the water main to the house for the night and asked them to come out the next morning, which they promptly did.

They made the repairs quickly, showed me what happens and what they did to fix the issue and turned the water main back on for me. Had us back up and running with no water damage in what felt like no time.

Communication with them was great and the price was fair and reasonable. Will definitely contact this company again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Thomas replaced a toilet for us and did a wonderful job. He was on time, laid out protection before placing the bowl and other hardware on the floor, and cleaned up when he was finished; perfect job all around. Friendly professional, and highly recommended. Will definitely look him up again if we have plumbing needs in the future.

Our sink was leaking and Thomas (owner) was able to fix it quickly and get us in next day!!! Coming from a long family of plumbers, he is knowledgeable and professional. His prices were reasonable for his work. I appreciate his communication throughout the process. He also peaked at our garbage disposal and found the culprit as to why it wasn't turning on.

It's hard to find businesses with integrity and understanding how stressful plumbing issues can be. After just having surgery, and then having to worry about our plumbing being unusable until we could find someone whiling to come fix it quickly and pay a hefty bill was extremely stressful. Thomas responded to request for quote to move 2 faucets outdoors and make handicap accessible.
Unlike 10 other plumbers contacted he did not charge for quote.others were $39-$250 for the free quote. We agreed on price and scope of work. Booked appt for work
He called 10 min before arrival to let me know he was 10 min out. Spent 6 hours I now have 2 new handicap accessible faucets that are insulated and have heat wrap for winter.
I am very pleased and would recommend.
