I recently called them from our small family owned business in FoCo and despite it being a very busy time (post freeze issues) for them, they recognized the importance of being able to stay open and have operating equipment for the staff and customers. Instead of the 2-3 day window of response time that most companies were offering, Kahar said they would route someone over within a few hours. Tyler couldn't have been nicer or more professional during the visit. He quickly identified and resolved the issue and had us up and running in no time. The best part was how fair they were in their pricing. I anticipated a premium charge for the rush and who knew what work was actually involved, but Tyler explained that it was a quick fix and was on his way after charging us under $100! These folks are on the up and up. Their business practices are fair to the customer. Had them come out to look at a leaky sprinkler pump for a second opinion. They just tightened some bolts and added some sealant. Cost me $50 while another company was trying to charge me $300. Have dealt with these folks twice now and they have always been outstanding professionals.

Our water heater went out recently at the most in opportune time. I called numerous plumbing companies and all would not even quote the job without coming out first. This meant that in order to get competitive quotes I had to schedule these companies in one after the other. Kahar talked to me over the phone, asked questions, and knew exactly what the cost would be. Not only did they get out to our house within hours, they came at a time that fit our work schedule. The technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did all the work as quoted and did some additional plumbing repairs that he noticed when he saw the job. However, when we got the bill it was exactly as quoted, no additional charges. I should note that Kahar was about 40% less than the other quotes we received. I cannot recommend this company highly enough
