Sean did amazing...WOW...very knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and willing to get his hands dirty to get the job done!!! Especially on 4th of July week... I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM and will be using them again for all my professional plumbing needs!

Stephanie was efficient in locating a plumber for my store. Within an hour or so, a plumber was at my store and I
told him that he only needed to replace the broken flush handle THAT WAS IT. No plumbing, no drainage, nothing of major sorts that he needed to work on.
He was done in 10 minutes tops. So I was very shocked and surprised that he was charging me $185.40!!! Mind you, I have dealt with many, MAJOR bathrooms issues before so I have an idea how much things cost. So when I asked him to explain to me why I was being charged for this much, he went on to say how ""valuable his time was"" and ""how he had to drive all over town to get to me"" and I should pay for that. I told him that I would like to call his supervisors directly and he said and I quote, ""You don't need to bother them with this, Stephanie is just a secretary and she can't make this decision, I am my own boss so just tell me how much are you willing to pay."" I was getting VERY uncomfortable at this point so I excused myself, went to the back and called Stephanie. I told her the situation and honestly, she was surprised by the charges. She said I should only be charged the minimum plus parts which the man had no choice but to do so. I was grateful that Stephanie was able to adjust the charges but in my opinion it shouldn't come to the point where I was very uncomfortable and the guy was preventing me from calling his boss. WTF?!?
I honestly believe that this man was taking advantage of the situation being that: a.) I'm a woman and b.) we are in Beverly Hills.
There are A LOT of reputable plumbing companies out there and I prefer to give my business to companies who have honest employees. NOT DOUCHEBAGS.

In mid September there were rains and due to a broken sump pump in our garage. Consequently the garage was flooded. After we were able to remove the water and debris the people from Kaesler Plumbing came out immediately to install new pumps and sensors to prevent the problem from occurring again. They were prompt in their response to our distress call. Once here they were kind enough to explain everything that they were doing. They have been extremely professional and helpful and not to mention patient with us.
