Our Delta shower valve decided to fail one night and not turn off. Water continued to dribble from the faucet and wouldn't stop no matter how hard we tried to turn the knob.

The team at Kae Edward Plumbing is awesome! I had someone here at my home the same day, parts in hand. Super polite and honest techs, wore shoe covers to protect my home and even cleaned up everything before they left.

Price was competitive and upfront. No surprises or messing around. Very professional and I will definitely be calling this plumber again!

Very prompt to come out and give me the quote. Unfortunately very expensive quote almost 300 more than what I have received from others.

I know you will say that we had price manual that we use for quote but you have to change that to be competitive.

One more thing- for inspection you quoted $153 but I checked my city has 100 fees for inspection. So where that $53 dollars come from. So please change your price manual to be competitive. For this instant o would not recommend this provider

Thank you for your explanation. I am giving the review because of that permit price as many providers have given me 100 dollars quote for permit and they are the very well known companies. Since you explained me in detail and came out 1st to give me quote, I will upgrade my review to 2 star.

Had a small leak in a pvc pipe under an outdoor kitchen sink. Called Kae Edwards and they came out promptly. After inspecting the pipe they quoted a price of $369. When I inquired how long it would take he said it was hard to say. I also was not given a break down of how much of the price was for parts. The pipe was somewhat hard to access so I can understand that it would cost more than the usual repair. I felt that $369 was way too much, however, so I went online to see if there was a YouTube video that could show me how to make the repair. There were several. The parts at Home Depot were around $10. Once I actually found the correct video and purchased the parts, my total labor time was about an hour. I understand they have to make a living, but $369 for a simple repair seems exorbitant considering I did it myself in an hour. I can only assume it would have taken them half the time it took me. Although the plumber was professional in his interactions with me, I feel the price was not fair considering it was such a small job.
