What started as a single individual tackling basic tasks has grown into a trusted, recognized company by 2024, serving residential clients, real estate agents, and property managers throughout Illinois.
Founded on expertise rather than capital, we’ve earned every project by solving problems that others failed to and executing projects that others shied away from. From drain line repairs, demolition, and remodeling, to woodwork and general property services, our work is rooted in trustworthiness, quality, and integrity.
We operate under the belief that each home deserves attention, all clients deserves open dialogue, and every job deserves to be finished with professionalism.
Some build businesses with money. I built mine with determination, setbacks, and a void in the ground.

Back in 2021. I had just left my position in the union. I was on benefits, uncertain about the future. Then my little boy dropped into a decayed part of the ground by my mother’s front door. That incident didn’t just shake me; it ignited my passion. I didn’t ask for support.
With what little I had left in my retirement fund, I purchased tools and built a dream. My first brand was Aljets Home Solutions. It transformed quickly to K.A. Homeland Improvements, K&A HouseCall Services, and eventually, K&A HouseCall Pro Services, established in 2024.
I’ve been buying and selling since I was a child, purchasing honey sticks for a five cents, reselling them for a 25 cents. My grandfather and his brothers established a successful union company from the ground up, which has always motivated me to work harder.
