I've been using K3 for it must be getting on 15 years now. Back then Kevin was a solo act. I still use K3 because I know there is no compromise or short cuts when it comes to quality work and that's what I get every time. I own rental buildings and have had K3 install 5 complete new systems over the years and my 3 neighbors have had new air handlers and A/C installed as well. K3 is not the least expensive by any means but the work is top notch. You get what you pay for. They stand by their work with absolute guarantee. Professional every step of the way. They would rather turn down a job than give you a price that would require a mediocre service. I will continue to use K3 for all my HVAC needs. They are great at hydronic sub floor heating as well.

K3 saved my life! My air conditioner stopped working and within two days they ripped out my old one and got me a new one. They had the best prices and the kindest employees. I couldn't have asked for a better company to deal with. Very respectful on the phone and in person. I got estimates from 3 other company's and I am so happy I made the decision to go with k3. Kevin Herb the owner spoke to me personally and helped me as soon as possible. Dan was the name of the guy who came out and did all of the work and he was truly one of a kind. Dan was very respectful, knowledgable, clean, and efficient. Thank you Kevin and Dan for making my summer a little less stressful!

Pure scam artists. The AC that was newly installed by K3 leaks freon and is empty within three weeks. Two other reliable AC companies have come out and the first thing they do when they see K3's work is shake their head and say ""shoddy work, badly installed."" The whole line needs to be ripped up. K3 (why is their name KKK?) refuses to stand by their work, even though the AC was installed in 11/14 (just seven months ago).

According to public records, K3 is licensed to Kevin Herb in the state of Pennsylvania. I would suggest you avoid any contractor licensed under his named. The number listed on K3's website also crosslists with a company called BNK Mechanical. Do not be fooled if this fly-by-night operation begins working under a different name.

Update: K3 has refused to return my phone calls or answer any of my email messages. A K3 employee even threatened to turn me in for harassment after only two phone calls. Is it any surprise that the only contact address for this company is a PO Box?
