I wish i could give K&S Plumbing negative stars. The tech came out today for the 2nd time to fix our running toilet. He """"fixed it"""" but when we flushed toilet, the bowl wouldn't fill up. I ask him to check it again because i didn't want to have to do this for a 3rd time. He told me """"He didn't have time to look at a toilet all day"""". He is a plumber, that is literally your job. But i remained cool, i ask if he could give it a few more minutes just to confirm all was well (at this point he had been at my house no more than 10 mins tops). He said, fine i have to go to my truck really quick and i will be right back. After about 5 minutes, he had not returned and i went and checked outside to see what was up. He was gone! I never signed off saying the job was done. Real professional.... Then to top if off he called Home Shield and told them that he could come back another day and fix the issue but that it would be $660 and it wouldn't be covered under Home Shield. This is a garbage company. I would duct tape the issue and turn the water off before i reach out to these guys again. You have been warned.

CROOKs and THIEVES.........Moved into a new home 6 months ago. I had AHS as my home warranty. 3 days ago there was a pinhole leak in my pipe. I called American Home Shield up and they sent out a plumber from k&S plumbing. This guy walks in my house and looks at my pipes and then leaves like he is going to grab a part from the home depot. He texts me and says he is on the phone with American Home Shield my home warranty company and that they will not cover my repair because the plumber said my pipes are under a recall. The plumber told them that my pipes are under a recall. I did some research and my pipes are not under a recall but they are under investigation as to the quality of the product. I have the NIBCO DuraPEx piping in my house. I feel like this plumbing company and American Home Shield warranty are working together to screw people out of there hard earned $$$$. Of course I will need a lawyer to prove this......Has this happened to anyone else......lets start a lawsuit. I cannot stand THIEVES and CROOKS. I did call 3 other plumbers in the area where i live and they said they have not heard of any recalls on this pipe either. Needless to say K&S plumbing have really bad reviews. So be warned about choosing them as your plumber or AHS for your home warranty..... I feel like the home warranty business is full of nothing but THIEVES anyways so i will not be purchasing another one. Where has the customer service gone in this country. Everybody is looking out for themselves these days which is why this country is going to ****!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. K&S came out through home warranty for my mother, and the plumber they sent did not hook the washing machine back up, which then proceeded to cause flooding in the kitchen and into the drywall in the basement. Although we have it documented from the company that did the clean up that it was the plumbers fault, K&S refuses to take any responsibility, and has not returned phone calls. This company should be shut down.

Mr. Brian & a young lady (girl power) came out Monday, 6/11/18, recommended I purchase another water heater since AHS won't replace the faulty one even though he tested and saw that it didn't get hot enough to make it through taking a shower. He also checked a 2nd issue that AHS felt unnecessary to fix because it was in workable conditions but not useful. After all this horrible news that we're paying a home warranty service that is robbing us blind, Brian recommended that we call When Mr. Hughes came out and tested the same areas he looked at me astounded and said why didn't the plumber fix this, I said it wasn't covered according to AHS law even though it's not usable. At the end of Brian's visit, he said to me once I hit this complete status on your ticket please rate how I did on your visit not the company AHS. Well Mr. Brian, K & S Plumbing, because you sit by idly and watch this company rape customers like me I give you a 1 star. You had the opportunity to make this situation right and chose differently. I hope and and your staff make better decisions moving forward

These guys are worthless. I have never dealt with a more incompetent and deceitful company. Do yourself a favor, call a real plumber and save yourself the time.

We are another victim of K&S plumbing's poor service via a home warranty company. Based on here and on google's reviews, it's evidently a common phenomenon. The home warranty company sent K&S out to repair an exterior pipe issue as per our warranty coverage. While in our home, the K&S plumber broke a part of our toilet (interior issue) and after a month of back and forth and being batted from K&S to and from the warranty company, they flat out refuse to repair what they broke. They blatantly lied today 5/22/18, to the home warranty company when contacted on our behalf by saying they """"sent a site manager to our house to check out the situation."""" NO SITE MANAGER HAS EVER BEEN TO OUR HOUSE. This is a dishonest company with a pattern of screwing over many when their services are utilized in connection to a home warranty. They take zero responsibility for their mistakes & do not honor their word when they insist they will """"call you back."""" They lie to you and lie to the home warranty company. No integrity whatsoever. Pathetic service & so deserving of the large number of poor reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Just used K&S plumbing for the second time and we will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs. Dennis Mitchell came out and fixed our problem in no time! He was honest, very knowledgeable, and friendly! I HIGHLY recommend K&S because of the people like Dennis.

I was forced to use K&S Plumbing through my home warranty, American Home Shield. My condo is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I let everyone know there was a leaking drain pipe in the kitchen and master bath. The first time the technician wento my condo, he only looked at one item on the list. He tried to call once, but I couldn't answer. I called back and left a voicemail, but he didn't answer. I got a receipt a few weeks later, and it showed that only one item had been reviewed. When I was contacted about request for them to go back, they scheduled a date a week out. He went to the condo again, and didn't call me. I sat on hold for 10 minutes to talk to someone at the company. She said I didn't have power and he couldn't look at the garbage disposal. If he would have called me, I would have told him to check the breaker box. Also, the garbage disposal wasn't the issue, the leaking drain pipe was. I told the woman I needed him to go back out. He wouldn't be able to get back to the house for another week.

I have had this company do a couple of jobs for my rental homes. They have one technician that is really persistant about clearing a main drain line he works really hard, unfortunantley I can not recall his name... But anyway I have a problem with the inner office staff, I called to get the companies tax id # so that my account can send them a 1099 for the work they have done and so I can file this on my taxes, I called last week advised that the only person in the office whom knows the tax id # is a Mr. Moon and he comes in on Tues and Thurs and I called more than 6 times today to find out that he is not coming in today so now I have to wait an additional 2 days to possibly get it, I asked if there was anyone whom could provide this to me due to my accountant need it, a rep named Regina said there was not, I find this hard to believe that this company relies on one person to have this information, secondly almost 8 month ago I called to have my service personal name and address removed from the invoices and to have the company name put on them for tax purpose and due to this was a business plumbing job and not personal, It took me almost a entire 2 weeks to get a simple address and name changed on the invoices, they said they had to get one person to do it and they were they only ones to create a new invoice and email it out to me, in which they were not capable of doing it, the staff had no clue how to send it out other than by fax....so basically what I am saying is that the field staff is ok but the office staff needs to be retrained and on top of that they are not qualified to do anything other than take calls ONLY !!!! If you can find a better company I would suggest you use them ....

K&S Plumbing sent their tech, AJ, to repair a leak in my wall. They were awesome from the very first phone call. AJ was professional, courteous, and quick. I could not have asked for better service.
