Shannon M.My experience with K&S plumbing was the WORST experience I have ever had with a service provider. My water heater had a defect and carbon monoxide was detected in my home. K&S came to assess my unit. They were in touch with the manufacturer who gave them instructions on how to proceed. They NEVER followed up. They never responded to my calls and requests. Two weeks passed and I had to call numerous times to the manufacturer to receive updates. K &S never responded to the manufacturers request either. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE!! I will NEVER recommend them or use their services again! SHAME on you K&S..
