Recommended Customer Reviews

Today I had a great experience with the team from KRK. I started having septic tank backup late on Saturday, but they responded to my voice message with a text. They were right on time Monday morning as promised. Because I have a very old system, it was not an easy service to perform. They went above and beyond and got my tank pumped and me back to flushing. I will highly recommend them to anyone who asks! Linda C.

We contacted KRK on a recommendation from our plumber. It was an emergency call as I could not use my kitchen sink, and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Rad was very professional, polite, and masked. It was a complicated issue based on a remodeled house, but Rad stuck with us until the problem was located and solved. Great job and I highly recommend this company .

Terrible.. do not call them. awful communications and customer service and they could not fix the problem Complete waste of time.

These folks are the best. Top quality equipment and service people! Cesar was terrific. Arrived right on time and immediately dealt with my issue. Cesar even gave us recommendations on what we should do going forward. Thank you so much for resolving the problem!

Incompetent and willing to charge FULL price for it too! We paid $500 to have KRK use a camera to scope our sewer lines. They failed to identify the fact that the main sewer line had broken in half and that 90% of the pipe's cross section was blocked by roots! The technician's notes, which were included in the invoice, stated neither of these two facts. It wasn't until I dug up the main sewer line and found these two issues, and informed them, that they conveniently changed their story! They are now claiming that two of the photos that they provided me indicate the presence of roots. WHY WOULDN'T THAT BE STATED IN THE TECHNICIAN'S NOTES OR VERBALLY SHARED WITH THE CUSTOMER?!! This would be rather important to do so, right?! As professionals, they should also be embarrassed by the quality of the photos provided. The technician didn't even know how to download the photos from the camera equipment so he used his cell phone to take pictures of the equipment's screen! The photos are so blurry that you can't even tell that you are inside of a sewer pipe! Incompetent at best.

Had another company replace our 15 year old drain field. We would have problems every time we got even a 2 minute rain shower. We could not flush the toilet, take a shower, do laundry....After 2+ years of the new system not working correctly and multiple visits by the company that installed the new system only to be told """"it rained"""" I decided to call KRK. They came out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it cost us $2300 for them to correct the problem from a bad install by the other company, and now after 10 straight days of very heavy rain from the tropical system sitting off the FL coast we are still able to flush, do laundry, shower....with no problems. Very satisfied with KRK.

Called about a running toilet. They were there 5 minutes, told me I needed to replace my flapper and proceeded to charge me $125. I don't believe this is """"fair"""" pricing. I won't be using this company again.

Place charges a lot of money to do nothing. Was required to have """"septic maintenance contract"""" at $90 a month. But guess what, when anything broke (x2) - have to pay full price to fix. So, what's up with maintenance contract??
