My water heater died spectacularly over the 4th of July weekend. I contacted a few companies on Thumbtack and Armando reached out to me first thing Monday morning to give me some options for replacing it. His pricing was better than any of the other quotes I got and he was very patient in answering my questions about the various types of water heaters to figure out what would be the best replacement unit based on what I could afford to spend and how my household tends to use water. He showed up promptly on Tuesday to do the installation and was just as patient and pleasant in person as on the phone. My new hot water heater is working great and I will be having him take over my steam boiler maintenance as well.

Armando was very professional from start to finish he went through all the items on the quote, he arrived on time and got right to work.
