Frank from K&K Plumbing was a lifesaver! We had a hot water tank emergency on a Saturday -- it would not heat. We called him and within 45 minutes he was at our condo and had diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. He is very fair with his pricing -- especially considering it was a weekend and it was an emergency call. Would highly recommend.

I called on a Monday and a very non personable man told me he would come to my place between 12-5pm! Really?!?!! And he DIDNT CALL OR SHOW UP!! My family has been long time customers and we are done with these assholes.

Curt and unhelpful. I a plumbing emergency, and my usual plumber was booked up for the week. They referred me to K&K. I called K&K, explained my situation, and mentioned that I was a professional referral. I got a rude a**hole that said, """"I can help you next week. That's all I can do."""" Well, I guess one star is all I can do here, bud. Wish Yelp could let do none.

Frank returned my call right away and managed to squeeze a trip in to my Dad's house to see what the issue was with the toilet--turned out to be a big block in the line which he handled efficiently and got everything working again. Frank is friendly and kind and professional. We are so grateful.

This man is CRAZY!! Definitely wouldn't trust him around your property! While we were both going 50mph+, this man tried to run me off the road into the concrete median! He also followed me for MILES, riding my rear bumper. As a young lady, this was TERRIFYING for me to see an older man following me and trying to wreck my car on purpose! He did all of this in his company's plumbing truck (I've got pictures to prove it), which also had a bunch of trash blowing out of the truck bed on the Charles E Fraser Bridge over Broad Creek.

We had a water heater installed in 2020 without incident. The home is a short term rental and my management company discovered a leak. They reached out to Frank, who in writing said it was leaking from the time of the installation and that I refused to allow him to drill through drywall and install a drain. From my understanding, a water heater should not be leaking on a regular basis and we have a drain the floor for emergencies. I have never seen a leak there myself, but went by the information he gave to the management company. In an attempt to arrange a repair, several bizarre emails passed back and forth between us. He was highly inappropriate and most definitely unprofessional. Some of what he said was so odd that I questioned whether he was okay or having some sort of medical issue. I would not recommend this business.

K$K fixed my bathtub drain. It is an older tub surround making it a difficult job. The plumber did an excellent job replacing the drain seal. Response was fast. Price was fair.

There's a reason. Said they would show and then they didn't after 4 phone calls. Called and was talked down to so I said please just go away and then was sent a hateful text that I was the rude one. Don't bother.
