Called Kevin the owner of K & K Plumbing last week to set up a time for installing two new bathroom faucets. Had a mix up and he said he would get the faucets instead of me. Reschedule for him to come and do the installation yesterday. Well called the other days and he was supposed to call back and he never did. Called him the next day twice and left text messages and still no call back. The day of the installation he is a NO SHOW NO CALL!!! Kevin was always dependable before but not now. Had to drop the five star rating to a one star due to not calling back to either say he could or couldn't do the work. Needless to say I will not be recommending or using his services again.
