Failed to show up. Very rude and unprofessional. Eldon yelled at us for asking a question about the work being done, when he showed up 5 weeks later after being called and him making appointments he never showed up for!!!! Scary and disturbing behavior from Eldon and his partner was not friendly either. Bad experience

I used my HSA home warranty for my water heater and the project was assigned to K&K. Not only did they get someone out same day, the issue was also fixed. He provided a detailed explanation about what was wrong and how to resolve in the future! Fantastic and friendly service!

They were assigned from the warranty company. Called same day that the request was submitted. I supplied pictures to help with the service. After that I emailed multiple times with no response. Finally reached out to the warranty company and they reached out to them. They said they had no record of the ticket. Bad service. Lied. Would not recommend.

What a joke. Set an appointment for a plumbing leak and them promptly went MIA and I never heard from him again. What a waste of time -- I took off time from work for the appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Mike came to look at our water heater when we noticed it was leaking. We put the request in through home shield on a Sunday night, and he got back to us at 8:00 the next morning. He was polite and courteous, and assessed the problem. We needed a new heater, and the company contacted us to tell us up front about extra charges we had because they needed to do some modifications. They came to install a new water heater about a week later, and they did nice, neat work. We would use this company again.

Upon calling AHS insurance on a Tuesday regarding a leaking water heater, I was referred by them to K&K plumbing. I read the reviews and was quite skeptical about K&K. I called K&K and spoke Eldon, the owner. He came to my home that afternoon and said the water heater needed replacement and advised AHS. A new water was installed on that Friday by Greg. Greg was very pleasant and competent. Everything was to my satisfaction. I have some concerns about AHS, but K&K plumbing did a fine job.

Would give a lower rating if possible. Do not even think about using this company. They were supposed to come out to look at my basement toilet, which was not working. The guy spent about a minute looking at it, said and I quote ""eh, I think it's going to work for you."" And then spent a subsequent 15+ minutes sitting on my stairs campaigning for K&K to put in a new water softener. I am not exaggerating any of this. I paid a $75 service fee to listen to the guy jockey for a commission on a water softener. By the way, it also took over a half dozen phone calls and 3 weeks to get a copy of my inspection paperwork from K&K. When I finally received it, it references a toilet model number that is not present on ANY toilet in my house.
Save yourself the trouble and use BWK. They were wonderful- professional, prompt, and helpful.

These people are forgetful and rude, I would recommend that you don't ask them for repairs.
They came last week and had no repair parts, so they said they would return today. Been waiting all day for them to put a simple washer on my water softener, they said they were coming but have no idea when. Called them 5 times and 3 times they wouldn't answer the phone. Such a waste of time.

Mike came to our home through our HSA. He was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He threatened to leave in the middle of a job because he had another unsatisfied customer from a different job. On top of his rude demeanor, he failed to fix the problem. In fact, he made a new problem that didn't previously exist. I would avoid this plumber at all cost.

If I could give this compay a ""negative star"" rating, then I would. The owner takes care of the business. He is uncommunicative and when he does communicate, he is rude and lied multiple times. We were assigned to them by a home warranty company, so didn't have a choice. He did not give us a choice of replacement hot-water heater make/model/efficiency/EnergyStar or even suggest a top model would be possible with an up-charge. He lied about getting a permit to install the replacement and he lied about the final charge to us. I would NEVER use this company and I STRONGLY recommend you take your business elsewhere.
