Excellent, prompt service. A friend's house was without heat due to a boiler breaking. They had purchased a used boiler to put in but didn't have the expertise. Another HVAC company quoted them an exorbitant price for a new boiler and wouldn't even consider the boiler they had. I called K & K and they came out the next day, inspected the existing piping and evaluated the setup. The following day they returned with the needed materials, installed the used boiler and had the whole system back up and running by afternoon. And their quote was quite reasonable.

I highly recommend K & K for their professionalism and their quick response to the situation.

Considering the temperatures, the upcoming 4th of July holiday and the late notice on our part we were most pleased with the K&K Heating and Cooling service representative. He was actually early, obviously knew his business and got our problem resolved within a very short period of time. Very professional and also very pleasant to deal with. Excellent service. Our furnace was not turning on. I called and immediately was able to speak to someone. Beth set me up w an appointment for the same day and was concerned whether the afternoon would work. It was an unusually warm Feb, so that worked out fine. She kept me apprised of the time when the technician would be at the house. Bill Gantner fixed the furnace in no time and was very friendly. I am extremely satisfied w the entire service call and will be using K & k for our Northern Michigan dental offices in Bellaire and Acme HVAC needs.

K&K is awesome. It's sometimes tough to get anyone to call you back for any work in Bellaire. Not only do they answer the phone immediately, they are extremely nice and thorough and they were able to accommodate us right away. We will be replacing our dated heating/cooling unit very soon and you can bet it will be with K&K.

This company is top notch. I had a furnace out and had called a different company first. (Only because they were Alphabetically ahead of K & K) That experience was horrible, and was still left with a broken furnace! So I called K & K and what a difference! The service man, Bill was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of our furnaces and made suggestions based on readings gained through his equipment. I did have a couple of questions about the billing statement, but the technician answered them to my satisfaction. I was left with furnaces putting out the proper heat and complete confidence in K & K. I highly suggest that if you need furnace repair, call K & K FIRST!

The guys (& gals) at K & K were wonderful to deal with...they promised to match any price on a system and deduct an additional $100 if their original quote was higher! They did, we contracted with them to install our mini-split system and were happy with the quality of product (Mitsubishi), installation crew, and installation calendar and time! Recommended to other friends and they, too, were happy with their install, price, service, even after the install, to come out and help them figure out the remotes! A great, local, professional A/C company!!!
