The inception of K & J Plumbing by Joe was driven by his desire to improve customer service in plumbing. He became frustrated with high costs and plumbing issues that were exaggerated, due to the large overhead costs of bigger companies. K & J Plumbing was established to provide high-quality service without breaking the bank.
