Keith, the owner of K. Hoeler plumbing, has traded his humble roots to become an impresario Rock Star ... (guess at whose expense?). Keith has done jobs for me for at least 15 years and ""lickety split"" has now become a
""when i get around to it"" plumber and worse. No phone call - no nothing! His services, like his fame, have climbed to a lofty price ... DIG DEEP!!!!

I am disappointed and regretful, but this feedback is merited and too high a rating already. I called / emailed / txt to get him to look at a small job. NADA - NO WORD - NOTHING! NICE TREATMENT TO GET AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! BUT ... dumb of me ... Rock Stars charging $125 / hr. do not need tidbits anymore.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ... IF YOU WANT TO PAY EXHORBITANT PRICES AT THE PLUMBER'S WHIM ... then do call and talk to Keith!!! HE WILL GRANT YOUR WISH TO BE HOSED (no pun). If you want better customer service and a better job overall ... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE GRIEF OF ROCK STARDOM AND PASS ON K.HOELER.

ps: called a local plumber who came asap and did the small job at easily half the K. Hoeler price. ....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Enough said!!!

We have used Hoeler's services over the past two years or so. They were here this week to replace some corroded drainage piping in the basement. Carl and Rob seem to be our regular guys. They are straight and up-front with what the job entails, pricing, and timing. Met all our expectations. The job was complete in the 4 hours they estimated. They showed me exactly what they had done. Throughout they were friendly, courteous, and -- best of all -- respected my home, for example, by putting on booties over their shoes and asking if they should enter the basement through the garage. I am a big fan of this plumbing service. They have earned my trust.

Keith, the owner, diagnosed, explained, and fixed the problem at minimal cost. I'm glad to have found Keith and will use for my plumbing needs moving forward. I definitely recommend.

Smelled a slight gas leak in the basement. Called first thing in the morning and they called me back within minutes and were at my house within a few hours. Angelo located the leak and fixed the line with new fittings where the leak was. He was quick, super nice and very reasonable. 10/10 would use again.
