Was hired to inspect my septic system as part of a home inspection. He determined that the system was working properly (as was the expected outcome) but he went on to point our septic systems risks and suggested maintenance practices in the report, even pointing out design differences that he would do differently if he had been hired to install the system. None of which is a requirement for fulfilling the buyer inspection. Hence he cost us a home sale by terrifying the prospective buyer, who walked. The risks he communicated regarding a septic system are no worse than the risks of driving a car everyday. He was totally out of bounds for what he was asked to do and additionally cost me money to get a 2nd opinion inspection at my cost, in order to have a current report to show buyers. I warn others about using his services if you want good trustworthy service.

terrible customer service. rude and disrespectful! would not recommend!! The men in this business are Very rude and disrespectful to women...if you put your name on something you should be respectful ALWAYS..not just when people are writing you a check! Find someone else if you are looking for someone...

I had a major septic system issue at my home, a home I had just purchased which was only 5 years old. I approached to company who installed the system to see if they could repair it. They informed me that they would be the best and cheapest option in town, but that they were unwilling to repair their own faulty installation essentially. When I asked them who was capable of repairing the problem, they gave me the names of two competitors, one of which was Franck Enterprises, and told me that they would charge me at least twice as much as they would. I was disgusted to say the least.

I called up Kurt Franck at Frank Enterprises and he came out to take a look, and agreed to repair my septic disaster. Not only were his prices the same as what the original installer quoted me, but the fact that he was willing to repair what the installer wasn't impressed me. He was professional and kind throughout the process and has followed up with me a few times to make sure that things were still satisfactory.

I highly recommend Franck enterprises and wish I would have known about Kurt and his company before I purchased the house and while I could have gotten an inspection from someone capable. I will call him for any future septic issues without hesitation!
