I would have like to give K 5 Pump a 5 Star rating, but sadly I cannot. Scheduled service for June 6th, driver contacted us that morning stating he was on his way and would arrive sometime around lunch-. To our disappointment K-Five did not show up. I phoned Kendall around 3 pm that same day, left a message to call me. It's now Friday a day after service was to take place and still no return phone call nor explanation. We had to look elsewhere for a pumping service.

Kendal rescued us, we needed an emergency pumping and he drove out at the end of the day to help us. Highly recommend them, solid guy with great service

Bad service, only comes to your house to tell you last minute you need to call the county. Only blame company and still take your money and don't want to refund you amount back. Don't recommend at all, he came my place not even 24 hours and it was still overflowing. ANY PROBLEM WITH SEWER CALL THE COUNTY, NOT THIS PERSON CAUSE HE DON'T NO WHAT HE IS DOING.

I highly recommend Kendal and his crew. Professional, skilled, polite, considerate, and committed to doing the job right. They don't just pump septic systems, they do what it takes to keep your system working the way it should. I have had K-Five pump my tank at least three times and when he couldn't come as soon as I needed he had another provider come and help us out. Kendal took the time to educate us on how septic systems work and how to avoid problems in the long run. I credit Kendal with extending the life of my septic system by installing larger openings and risers to make it possible to properly clean the solids completely out of the tank. Thank you K-Five! I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with K-Five Pumping. In our humble opinion, K-Five is No.1 in the ""No.2"" business!

I HATE writing bad reviews for local companies but I expect MORE from local companies because we need to work harder than everyone else to make it in such a competitive market. I'm glad this review is letting me choose ZERO stars because my family got ZERO SERVICE. My parents are Kupuna and Kupuna are already very vulnerable so to have an appointment be made with this company and then this company fall off the face of the earth with no contact is VERY DISAPPOINTING. I hope and pray that there wasn't some type of major tragedy or emergency and that's why they didn't keep the appointment or at least call my parents to cancel but as for now they are no where to be found. Again, I hate writing bad reviews but I expect more from locally owned companies especially when they are dealing with fragile Kupuna so if you need actual pumping or plumbing assistance DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY. Looks like I gotta pick 1 star to post this review but BELIEVE ME it's ZERO stars for ZERO service. Aloha

Communication was good. He had to move the appointment the next day early. Originally it was scheduled on 6-8-21 at 1pm but he was tied up with HECO on a contract job. The owner Kendal, moved it first thing the next morning between 8-9am on 6-9-21, he came around 8:40am. He gave me a discount for moving the appointment. Clean truck. Excellent service. Cheapest of all septic pumpers out there. Spoke with the owner, Kendal, about the negative reviews on yelp and he told me the story. He even gave half of their money back but thats not the whole story. There is always 2 sides of a story. Anyway he doesn't use Yelp since he tried to get help from them about negative reviews and Yelp didn't do anything. All I can say is thumbs up.
