Hired this company to replace a water heater. As we've been without hot water for a week. Due to their availability, we had to wait roughly 7 more days between the initial consult and replacement. The contractor came to our home and cancelled the day of! which is now leaving us to find a new plumber and likely leaving us without hot water for another extended period of time. The worst part is that the contractor cancelled without warning and abruptly left my home. Completely unprofessional in their handling and would highly recommend people pick another company who actual respects their customers. I am escalating and hope that Rheem drops them as a preferred contract.

Had a Rheem water heater fail under warranty and Rheem dispatched KE Greene. Their technician was excellent, thorough and fast. The replacement was done to professional standards and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for my own plumbing needs.

I'm surprised Kenny and his crew aren't listed on Yelp. They're one of the best in the business! Even other mechanics recommend Kenny's crew ...so you know you're doing something right. We've been working with him and his team for over a decade. Not only have they been around the block a few times but they know their stuff. No tricks, no b.s. and no """"well, maybe this or that"""" so that they can rack up a large bill. They get to the heart of things and if it's going to be a mortgage payment they're up front about it...I like that. Best pf all, they show up on time, and have all their ducks in a row. No running around looking for tools or ordering parts that take weeks to arrive. If you want things done right the first time, give Kenny and his crew a try. You won't be disappointed.

I would love to recommend them BUT I can't!!! We called them as a recommendation from Navien for our brand new hot water heater. They came out and did """"repair"""" the issue.... if you can count a very simple reprogramming of the hot water heater a repair. The issue I have is they charged $400 to spend a few minutes reprogramming. According to the tech it was extremely simple. They did not replace anything, open anything up, do any sort of repair - since it was not needed... So $400 for a few minutes to reprogram? Really??? Please save your wallet from these people and call someone else. I will call Navien first thing tomorrow to let them know!!!

Kenny and Thomas did a great job for us! We had a water heater issue and they were able to get out the next morning. They coordinated getting a part shipped from the manufacturer overnight so that we were only without hot water for one day. They were very polite and professional. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing work in the future.
