I hired Dan to replace a hot water tank. Although he did the work, he was not wearing a mask. when I asked him to put on a mask he refused and said I can't work in a mask and just stand away from me. I felt during a global pandemic he should follow the safety protocols especially when requested by a customer.

Had a failed sump pump, water was rising in the crock and I was pumping out with a small electric pump, but losing the battle. Called K & D. They came out, had the right parts with them and had it fixed in less than 90 minutes from the time I called. Awesome, loved it! Great service.
