Another company installed the plumbing in this, at the time new house, 5 years ago. They probably did the whole development. There were name tags left on the pipes. When I viewed the house to buy, there was a loud noise in the garage. It turned out to be the hot water circulator. The other company wouldn't come out. So, I looked for another. I called K & C, because they have been here before for the previous owner, and Angel answered. He came right out within an hour, and fixed the problem. The hot water circulator was somehow braced up, so it was vibrating on the wall. A loud noise, so I had unplugged it. Well, now I have hot water!

The two service men that came to fix my needs only accomplished one task correctly. The over fix only copied the same thing the refurbisher had done. Two wrongs don't make it right. And when I told him it had been installed wrong they wanted to just say I'm stupid. Yet when I asked both service men for correct height of toilet flange from finished floor they could not tell me. This is simple plumbing 101. Best bet for your money! Call someone else thats truly certified.
