While the main people at this business were nice people, the other members of the staff were often difficult to communicate with. Messages weren't always relayed. We had them install plumbing in the whole house- new construction. We had to call them back for 6 different leaks- some of which ruined custom cabinetry. They have said that our job was an exception to their high quality of service, but as I have only used them for one house, I have nothing to gauge this by. In my overall estimation, they seem to be in the practice of doing what is fastest, cheapest, easiest, and are good at placation so that they can get paid and move to the next job. If you are doing a low budget spec home or a set of apartments they will probably do a great job for you. I'm just not sure that they are the right fit for custom homes.
