Recommend K&B highly. Good service, nice man, reasonable prices. (Details below.)

After getting strung along by ANOTHER plumber (one I had used before so I wasn't a new customer) for THREE FULL WEEKS (21 calendar days, 3 full business weeks) with excuse after excuse, and outright lies, I called K&B. I had not done business with K&B before. I happen to get Craig on the phone when he was literally on his way to the plumbing supply store. I knew the part number needed for my repair (Kohler Shower valve needed to be replaced), and gave him the info. He called me back within 15 minutes and said that he had the part and would come by my house in the early afternoon! He and one of his workers arrived as promised and fixed the problem quickly. Craig was very pleasant, and apologized for seeming to appear rushed. Believe me, it didn't bother me one bit! I was appreciative of him coming and working me into his busy schedule. And, he fixed the problem quickly.

As stated, I would recommend K&B to anyone. Nice guy, efficient, reasonable price (even for the rush service) and clearly knows what he is doing! K&B is now my plumber.

The night before Christmas Eve, we came home from vacation to find our water heater broken and leaking in our basement. Gary from K&B was the only plumber (we tried several) who answered our call and walked us through some basic troubleshooting.

I had my heart set on a high efficiency tankless replacement, and while Gary thought it was overkill and a bit silly, I really appreciated that he told me what he felt I should know (pricing, maintenance, and water pressure differences) and then let me make the decision. So many contractors try to tell you what you want, but Gary was accommodating and happy to do the work I asked for.

He picked up the new heater as soon as the first local supplier re-opened, and had it installed and working by mid-afternoon the same day. The installation itself looks neat, orderly, and professional.

I did not solicit quotes (this began as an emergency and I felt Gary had earned our business after helping us over the phone), but the price was reasonable and in line with what I've seen others report paying for similar work. He charged us exactly what we'd agreed upon in advance (no hidden/surprise fees).

I'd recommend K&B to anyone in a bind or in need of a serious plumbing job.

Greg is reasonable, intelligent and effective. When he completes a task:

1.) The price is right
2.) The work is properly completed
3.) If you have any questions or concerns, they are been addressed
