The owner traveled from Grand Lake to Keystone and carried a very heavy water heater up three flight sof stairs to replace the old one. He was very knowledgeable in the fact that the previous piping was not to code, and promptly evaluated how to fix the issue. He and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. Not every plumber understands the complexity created by alpine climates in tiny ski resort condos built in the 70's, but Keith does. He grew up here, and he knows what he's doing.

Keith and John were the most polite, helpful, fair and quick plumbers I have used in Grand Lake. No one else would come and install a 80 gallon water heater as quickly as KBL. Most said it would be weeks before they could come and look at the area.

Keith and John were there the next day to look over the space and within a week had it installed. They are my first choice hands down in the Grand Lake area.
