My toilet suddenly became quite wobbly and Keith was able to come out the next day, exactly on time. He explained everything well and finished it all up quickly. And for a fair price. Will certainly use him for future plumbing needs.

I don't leave negative reviews for companies, but this one deserves it. Completely unprofessional slobs. Hired to repair a refrigerator line leak and install a faucet. Besides tracking mud throughout my house, they came out without any hoses, lines, or equipment to fix the leak. These 2 guys could barely manage reading the instructions in the box with the faucet (which I supplied). Being in the business for ""13 years"", you would think they would not have to read the instructions to INSTALL A FAUCET. Lost one of the hoses, so BOTH of them had to go to the store to buy a replacement. Said they would have to come back to figure out the refrigerator line leak. The owner had a melt down when I said that I took off an afternoon for that repair and expected them to do the work. Kicked them off my property at that point.

I'm surprised to see a 3-star rating here on Yelp. KBI did such a fantastic job for us that I feel compelled to write them a review here (also wrote one on Google). Here's my Google Review:
These guys are simply amazing and we are super happy with the job they did clearing out our main sewer line!!! It's rare to find a company this honest, reasonably priced, professional, and that go above and beyond. Here's the backstory: our toilet gurgled whenever we ran the shower and we saw dirty water flowing out of our shower floor - yuk!! We called a major company R**o-R****r (fill in the blanks) and the guy that came started rodding through the cleanout pipe as the problem was with our main sewer line. The RR guy thought he cleared out the line going out to the city sewer, but instead he cleared out the pipe from our house and made all the yukky sludge come out and spill onto our backyard! He then said that we needed a video camera service and hydrojetting that of course will cost a lot more money and he'll have to call another guy in because he didn't have that equipment! He even suggested that we may have a collapsed pipe that will cost thousands of dollars to fix. Luckily we didn't believe any of that and went on Google and found KBI. Called KBI on a Sunday, Keith Sr. answered the phone right away and gave us an extremely reasonable price to rod it out again and an even more reasonable price for hydrojetting if we needed it. Keith Jr. came Monday morning, very professional and polite, and started rodding the line again with his industrial sized equipment. Note that the RR guy had equipment that looks like you can rent from Home Depot! Anyways, Keith Jr. pulled out a big root that was blocking the line and everything started flowing again. KBI even helped clean the mess that RR left behind and we saw them wash their hands and sanitized afterwards (the RR guy did not!!). Just quality work overall. KBI also included the camera check with their rodding service and after all that, their price was still cheaper than what RR was quoting us for the camera service ALONE! We're just sorry we didn't find KBI first so we didn't have to deal with all that mess! And I almost didn't call them since I wasn't sure if they service the Glenview/Northshore area so KBI - please update your website to reflect the areas you service - I thought you guys were too far away at first. We will be using KBI from now on and will recommend them to everyone we know!

For a clogged toilet I am not able to plunge, Keith came out within 4 hours of my SOS and took care of business within a few minutes. He is on my speed dial in case of plumbing emergency. Thank you again for your rescue.
