Kevin and his team are great. The water line to my house was leaking, and after shutting off my water the town gave me a long list of contractors I could contact. I called Kevin based on the other Yelp reviews. He immediately returned my call and was over at my house in an hour to give me an estimate. Kevin took the time to explain the process, and acknowledged my sense of urgency in fixing the leak promptly. After waiting a full day for another contractor to return with a higher quote, I immediately hired Kevin. We were delayed waiting for the town permit to be approved, but as soon as it was Kevin and his guys were over within hours. His team was polite and professional, and they completed the job that day, at the cost quoted. The entire experience was made significantly easier by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. We had a difficult water drainage problem in a densely-packed neighborhood. From the first call, Kevin was responsive, fast, and easily managed coordination with city inspectors. Our project lasted 5 days with rain delay, heavy-equipment rentals and neighborhood impact, all of it handled smoothly and politely by Kevin and his crew. Main sewer line failure due to a city tree. Kevin was there within an hour of the initial call. He had a very reasonable estimate. He pulled all the permits with the city that day. Was back the next day on schedule. Excavated, repaired, buttoned up within nine hours. Perfectly executed. Unconditional recommendation.

We had a similar (although not quite as severe) situation to the one described by Jay S. Kevin Aruda was one of four contractors I asked to submit proposals to repair/replace the main drain from the house to the city sewer line in the street. His proposal was thorough and professional. And the way he described his approach to fixing the problem inspired confidence in ways that the other contractors simply did not. He excavated and replaced 18.58 linear feet of pipe. He and his crew performed the work expertly and left the job site looking better than it had before the job began. My experience with this company was perhaps the best contractor experience I've had on any project and Kevin gets my highest recommendation.

We had a nightmare situation with the sewer line from our house to the street failing causing sewage backing up into our basement! After getting screwed over by a plumbing company, we called Kevin as one of our possible contractors. Before even we committed to him as our contractor Kevin was wiling to step in and help us. We were pumping sewage water out of our basement on a nightly basis. It is clear that Kevin wants to do the right thing...his work being diligent and conscientious. Kevin put a temporary fix in place before the actual work could begin to alleviate our emergency. He went above and beyond and made bearable a nightmare situation. Kevin was at our house checking in on the situation so many times before his actual paid work even began. If you are looking for a contractor look no further. I cannot recommend KB Aruda enough.
