I have give only three stars for the response time to repair my furnace as I had to call four times to get an answer on parts that were being ordered. I do want to give a shout- out to technician Yoshua. He did come out for the initial service call and then the repair call - 11 days apart. He is very professional and told me how long the repair would be and even showed me the part of the furnace that failed. He made sure that the turns ce was working after he made the repair. I am very happy with Yoshua and glad I have a working furnace!

JW installed my heating & air, everything went smooth. I did a check up the first time when they called me and recommended it... everything went smooth, everything they promised like the email with the Technician photo I got, showed up with booties and all.
The next service they were a no call, no show, I was upset at taking time off of work and they didn't show. Things happen, so gave it another try, I scheduled another service during covid, they cancelled the same day. A pandemic I thought, what can you do?
I recently scheduled a service, a Technician did show up, no email with photos, no booties, not a big deal to me. He recommended service for $1100, I said I'll think about it, it's only 6 years old, he said ""well the fact that it's 6 years old doesn't make a difference, you still gotta maintain it, if you don't, don't complain when it breaks"".

Their recording says we only hire friendly people, I didn't think that was friendly at all, I took it as don't call when it breaks if you don't agree to do the service we recommend. Maybe I'd like to get some quotes..?

I went through Costco to purchase a new hvac for my home. Turns out even with a $19,000 hvac system installation, they left numerous holes in my home. I didn't have a rodent problem before but now I have a critter that's tearing holes into my cheap ducts. Don't over spend with this company. I hate to say this but even on the first day the employee was already trying to ditch work on our house. Throughout the whole time they were doing work in our attic, they kept leaving early. BTW, owner promised to come by to check on the employees work when they were finished, we never saw him again.

This was an extremely hot summer record beating heat!
Plus many fires with a lot of smoke in the air so of course we used our air conditioning everyday until today when it stopped working. We called JW Plumbing and Heating & Air... I thought it will be a while before they can make a house call BUT they were so helpful and kind on the phone and had a truck come out the very next day. The service technician name was Dave and he worked on our air conditioning unit for an hour! I can not praise him enough, he got our unit working, honest hard working reputable technician at reasonable price!!! Great company- we will always use them!!!!

Where is the accountability!? The office will set an appointment and will not follow up with you. Also, they will wait until the last minute, after you waiting all day for them and then cancel and say the tech got held up and say they have to schedule you for another day. And offer a bullsh*t filter as compensation for wasting your day waiting on them.

Antonio came for my semi-annual AC and vent check. He was extremely detailed and took a lot of his time. I probably asked a ton of questions and he was very patient in explaining each answer.

We had our furnace and AC installed a year ago through Costco program. The sales and installation were handled so professionally. They respected our house and left quality work. City Inspector was very impressed with work quality. We purchased the annual maintenance package and we just had our first AC maintenance with Sal V. He came in with all COVID-19 requirements which is a mask and gloves as JW staff always wear shoe covers. Sal was kind, respectful, detailed and provided explanation of everything he did. He showed my Husband every step and provided pictures for activity up in the attic. Explained our readings and how they resulted on the function scale. Like our amps, he explained how our results worked on the spectrum. We received full report of our maintenance along with recommendations for the system.

We recommend JW Heating & Air. Our experience has been wonderful and our heated/cooled air works perfectly in each room. The air flow balance is better than our old system. Our costs are better than our old system. We are happy and grateful to have JW Heating & Air making our home more comfortable year round. We look forward to seeing Sal in six months for furnace maintenance.

I had Mr. Paul come to my house because I had an issue of clogging in my kitchen sink and restroom. Mr. Paul was extremely helpful and honest in addressing the bad work another plumbing job did (previous company has come out 5 times and yet, my sinks were still clogging up). Paul was super helpful in unclogging my sinks! Great plumbing work!
