I had Mr. Paul come to my house because I had an issue of clogging in my kitchen sink and restroom. Mr. Paul was extremely helpful and honest in addressing the bad work another plumbing job did (previous company has come out 5 times and yet, my sinks were still clogging up). Paul was super helpful in unclogging my sinks! Great plumbing work!

After continually getting calls and emails from JW, i wrote this email to them:

Good morning Denise,
I've been getting calls and emails from your company and I have to ask you to stop. I will never use your company again after a horrible experience I had last year with a maintenance service performed by your technician. To let you know what happened, your technician came do a preventative maintenance on my system and the next time I turned on the A/C, it stopped and completely powered down. I called JW back and they sent another technician who determined the overflow limit switch had triggered. He then told me he could flush the drain with a small can of pressurized air for a cost of $400!!!! Ridiculous and criminal (in my mind). When he called into the office to see what to do, the dispatcher got on the line with me and told me that it wasn't JW's fault the A/C system had failed. That may be true but it was certainly suspicious since I had never had a problem with the A/C until your tech did the preventative maintenance. Then the dispatcher told me that different technicians were better than others and the second one was probably better at being more thorough. What kind of answer is that? Was she telling me that sometimes the JW technician will not do a great job? That's BS. Why would I want to hire your company? I don't.

We requested for a quote from this company and the sales rep that came out to my home seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Bad thing is I never got a quote or phone call from him or the company following up on the visit. I still called and left a voicemail but Ted never called me back. I'm just annoyed that I wasted my time. I figured if they don't respond back to a potential sales opportunity what can you expect after they get your money.

We were looking to replace our 30 year-old unit and got estimates from various installers in our area. In the end, we went with the Costco Heating and Air program. In our area, JW Heating and Air were the vendor that did the work under the Costco program. The installers were awesome. Thank you Jesse and his team (Miguel and Anthony). Very professional installers and patient with all my questions.

There are many companies who are qualified to install AC and heating but JW stands out because of the installers and quality of work. When we did the HERS testing, the inspector also commented on the quality of the installation. It was nice that the owner called to follow up on the installation and to see if there were any issues and to gather feedback.

AC broke during a mid nineties type of week and was able to get a next day appointment. Sal worked on it and he was great, very knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He explained everything clearly and got it up and running within an hour. They are pretty reasonably priced and the service was just what was needed. Would definitely use again.

Love this company. Replaced my AC unit and my mom's AC unit this past month. Stellar service from start to finish. Service tech, Christian, was sooo helpful. He had to meet with me a few times to go over various aspects of the job. Always on time, professional and very knowledgeable. The office was also very easy to work with and made the different aspects of the jobs run smoothly. The team who installed our units were great....Ishmael (the lead on the job) made sure I was informed of what was being done and left the job site clean each day. Thank you JW Heating and Air for getting us back up and running in the least amount of time possible. Highly recommend this company!

I just called this number, (626) 986-3553 (La Puente office), which I got from Yelp. The lady who answered my call was very rude. She kept pushing me to give my full name, address, and phone number, but refused to answer a simple question: How much does it cost for the first home heating inspection? She raised her voice at me, trying to get my information, and cutting me off so I couldn't even complete my sentence. What kind of customer service is that? This business should care more of whom they put in front to deal with clients since that person is the company's voice and face. Wow, I could not believe what I have just experienced!
